I was just hanging out with my new boyfriend cuddled on the couch watching a movie when I heard my phone buzzing
Mom
Mom: hi sweetie I'm going to the grocery store I'll be late.
Me:okay
The movie was finished and Noah had to go home, we said our goodbyes and he left , I've waited for mom for a long time now and I'm worried. I heard the front door open and saw mom she was looking sad "hey mom is everything okay?" "Yes I'm just going to shower" she acted weirdly I heard the shower turn on and a few sobs along with it I wasn't worried until these sobs were turning into gasps for air i immediately ran over to the bathroom and knocked on the door "mom?!? Is everything okay??" I asked concerned she didn't answer I ran to grab my phone and called Scarlett.
"Hi honey is everything okay?"
"Aunt Scarlett Mo- moms in the shower I think she's having a panic attack and she's crying I don't know what to do please come over"
"On my way"
Scarlett's POV:
I answered the call and heard about Lizzie I could hear the sadness in Lilly's voice when she called I heard how she was so close to crying so I immediately ran over to rose "hey Rosie there's an emergency at Lizzie's house we have to go" "okie" she said cutely I took her in my arms and grabbed my keys and ran over to the car I placed rose in the sit and made sure to buckle her in I started to drive and I finally made it, "hi honey I told Lilly " "hi...." She said crying I whispered to rose "Rosie cheer your cousin up" and tickled her side, she giggled cutely and said okay. I ran over to the bathroom and knocked on the door "Lizzie bear it's Scarlett I'm coming in" all I heard is sobs and gasping for air I went inside and locked the door I saw Lizzie sat in the shower crying having a panic attack, I felt my heart shatter to a thousand pieces I got in the shower and hugged her "shh bubs it's okay breath with me" I calmed her down and now she was just sobbing "what happened?" I asked "I got too overwhelmed" "shh it's okay everything
will be fine" I reassured her.
Finally seeing some emotions from Lizzie!!! Again writing this made me so sad .
