"Okay, here we go. Time travel test number one." Hulk said, "Scott fire up the uh, the van thing."

Scott opened the door and a square with light showed up.

"Breakers are set." Steve said, "Emergency generators are on standby."

"Good, because if we blow the grid, I don't wanna lose, uh, Tiny here in the 1950s." Hulk said.

"Excuse me?" Scott said freaked out.

"He's kidding." I said laughing, "You can't say things like that."

"It was a bad joke. I'm sorry." Hulk said and Scott walked to the doors of the van.

"You were kidding, right?" I asked him.

"I have no idea." he said quietly, "We're talking about time travel here. Either it's all a joke or none of it is. We're good!"

"Get your helmet on!" Nat said.

Steve stood by my side, "Scott, I'm gonna send you back a week let you walk around for an hour, then bring you back in 10 seconds. Make sense?"

"Perfectly not confusing."

"Good luck, Scott. You got this." Steve said.

"You're right. I do, Captain America." Scott said and then was sucked inside the van.

"On a count of three. Three, two, one." Scott appeared in front of us. as a boy.

"Oh boy..." I sighed quietly.

"Uh... guys? This doesn't feel right." Scott said.

"What is this?" Steve asked.

"Who is that? Is that Scott?" Nat asked.

"Hold on." Bruce said.

"Yes, it's Scott." He sucked back into the van.

He came back as an old, very old, man. "Oh my back."

"What the hell is going on?" I yelled at him.

"Hold on a second... could I get a little space here?"

"Can you bring him back?" Steve asked walking towards Scott.

"I'm working on it."

He touched a button and sucked Scott once again and he came back as baby.

"Ah!" I yelled surprised.

"It's a baby." Steve said.

"It's Scott."

"As a baby!"

"He'll grow."

"Bring him back, Bruce." I said.

"When I say kill the power, kill the power."

"Oh my god." Nat walked towards the power switch.

"And... kill it!"

Scott came back as himself.

"Somebody peed my pants."

"Oh, thank god." I sighed in relief.

"But I don't know if it was baby me or old me. Or just me me."

"Time travel!" Bruce yelled happy. I rolled my eyes and started walking away, "What? I see this as an absolute win."

I walked outside to get some fresh air. I looked beyond the grass and then I heard tires squealing. And the next thing I know a car pulled by my feet.

Tony opened his car window. I sighed, "Let me guess, he turned into a baby."

"And a grandpa. What are you doing here?"

He walked out of the car, "it's the EPR paradox. Instead of pushing lang through time, you might've wound up pushing time through lang. It's tricky, dangerous. Somebody could have cautioned you against it."

"You did."

"Did I? Well, thank god I'm here." He looked at me, "I thought about what you said."

"Yeah?"

"Yeah. I want him back. That's why I'm here. I want to get him back, and I want you to get Wanda back."

"You're here." I heard Steve behind me.

"Don't know why." Tony said and walked to his truck. "I brought you something."

He opened his truck and pulled out Steve's shield.

"Tony, I don't know." He said quietly.

"Why? He made it for you." Tony said, "Plus, honestly, I have to get it out of the garage before Morgan takes it sledding."

I chuckled. "I think we should get Lily away from here." I said quietly.

"Pepper said you could bring her." Tony said.

"I think that's what we're gonna do."
