No One's POV

It's been a week since everyone settled in the prison.

Rick, Daryl, Octavia, T-Dog, and Carol were beginning to clean up the corpses from the yard when they all came together.

Octavia spoke with Lexa early that morning. She and Lexa agreed to have Lexa and Roan come to the prison and speak with Rick in the next few days.

"Where are Glenn and Maggie? We could use some help." Carol asks.

"Up in the guard tower." Daryl says.

"The guard tower? They were just up there last night." Rick says.

"Glenn! Maggie!" Daryl shouts.

A shirtless Glenn walks out.

"Hey! What's up, guys?" Glenn asks.

The small group on the ground all laughed.

"You coming?" Daryl asks.

"What?" Glenn asks.

They laugh again. Daryl had his arms around Octavia, holding her from behind.

"You comin'?" Daryl asks again.

"Come on, we could use a hand." Octavia says.

"Yeah, we'll be right down." Glenn says.

They walk back into the tower and the group begins to walk off.

"Hey, Rick. O." T-Dog says, making the rest turn back.

They all turn to see Axel and Oscar walking over.

"Come with me." Rick says to everyone.

They follow Rick and Octavia to the two prisoners that were allowed to stay in D block.

"That's close enough. We had an agreement." Rick says.

"Please, mister. We knew that. We made a deal. But you gotta understand... we can't live in that place another minute. You follow me? All the bodies— people we knew. Blood, brains everywhere. There's ghosts." Axel says.

Maggie and Glenn had came out and were on the opposite ends. Octavia and Daryl stood by Rick while T-Dog stood to the other side of Rick with Carol.

"Why don't you move the bodies out?" Daryl asks.

"You should be burning them." T-Dog says.

"We tried. We did." Axel says.

"The fence is down on the far side of the prison. Every time we drag a body out, those things just line up. Dropping the body and just running back inside." Oscar says.

"Look, we had nothing to do with Tomas and Andrew. Nothing. You trying to prove a point? You proved it, bro. We'll do whatever it takes to be part of your group. Just please... don't make us live in that place." Axel says.

"Our deal is not negotiable. You either live in your cell block, or you leave." Rick says.

"I told you this was a waste of time. They ain't no different than the pricks who shot up our boys. You know how many friends' corpses we had to drag out this week? Just threw em out, like. Hmph. These were good guys. Good guys who had our backs against the really bad dudes in the joint, like Tomas and Andrew. We've all made mistakes to get in here, chief. And I'm not gonna pretend to be a saint, but believe me... we've paid our due— enough that we would rather hit that road than to go back into that shithole." Oscar says.

Rick then turns to Daryl, who shakes his head. He turns to Octavia, who also shakes her head. Daryl locks the gates that kept Axel and Oscar with the car.
