Sara’s POV

“Melanie! Melanie! Can you hear me?!” Phil yelled at her, but she just sat there looking off into the distance, “Chris! Call 9-9-9!” Phil picked her up and out of the closet and ran with her back onto the couch, dodging the stones and crystals that now cluttered the floor. He gently propped her head up on a pillow and pushed some of her hair out of her face. Chris pulled out his iPhone and started the call as Sara ran to kneel next to Phil.

“What the hell happened?” Phil asked, snapping his fingers in front of Melanie’s face,

“Why the hell did you disrupt her while she was in Alpha level!” Sara yelled, rubbing her temples. “Only Goddess known’s what happening now!” She’s probably stuck in her Alpha level. JesusJesusJesusJesus! “Maybe I can use the stones again!” She said, searching the floor for the first crystal; Black Obsidian for the Root Chakra,

“Oh no! You are not putting those things on her again!” Phil jumped up and ran into the kitchen. Sara shook her head at herself. Why did I have to do this? I knew this was a bad idea! JeSUS! Phil came over with a wet rag, resting it on her forehead as he stared at her unblinking eyes and held her hand,

“Melanie.” He whispered, “Wake up. Please. Wake up.” She remained still, though, except for the stead rise and fall of her chest. Phil let out a sigh as he released her hand, but as he pulled away, her grip tightened. “Melanie?” Her grip tightened more as her knuckles turned white. Phil winced in pain but still held on, hoping to get some sort of a reaction from her.

“Daryl! What are you doing? Stop it!” She cried out, steady streams of tears made its way down her face as she continued staring up at the ceiling, “What is wrong with you?!”

“What the hell?” Chris murmured, now looking down at her from behind the couch, having finished his call. She then flinched, whipped her head to the side, squelching a scream,

“Daryl!” She whimpered before taking a few deep breaths and looking back towards the ceiling, her face stern as she took another deep breath, “Daryl. Stop.” She said in a commanding tone before her eyes grew wide with fear, “Daryl!” She yelled, “What is wrong?”

“Oh, God.” Sara sat back, holding her face in his hands, “She’s reliving it.” Melanie’s mouth gaped open as her griped tightened even more so on Phil's hand, her chest freezing. She made gasping noises as her face grew red.

“Melanie?!” Phil yelled, leaning over her, “Melanie, breathe!” There was a knock on the door and Chris sprinted towards it, whipping it open, he tried to explain the situation to the paramedics, but they ran past him with a stretcher,

“What are you talking about?” She croaked out, her grip on Phil’s hand loosened as her chest began to move again, but only barely, looking weak and exhausted. The paramedics lifted her off the couch, pulling her hand from Phil’s, and placed her on the gurney, one of them sticking back,

“Who is the closest to her?” She asked, her brown hair pulled into a tight bun, a couple strands in her face.

“Me.” Phil said immediately, standing up,

“Okay, come with me. You can ride in the ambulance with her.”

He sat by her bed and put his head in his hands. God, I hope she’s alright. Phil’s been sitting in Melanie’s hospital room for two days straight. Two days. She hasn’t woken up in two days. The doctors did some blood tests and a couple scans, but they said that it would take a bit for them to get the results. Right now they just said that she put herself into the coma, her brain couldn’t handle the information that came at her, and since she was in such an unstable state, her brain just shut down.
