Chapter Seven || Valentine's

Markovna's POV

I laid on my bed, stomach flat, writing in my journal. I heard a knock at my bedroom door. I really didn't want to socialize at the moment, so I just ignored it. The the knocking got louder.

"Come in!" I sighed, closing my journal and pushing it under my mattress.

The door creaked open slowly and Corey's head peered around. He grinned at me, finally closing the door behind him. He ran over to my bed, jumping on it. It was such power, I fell off.

"Sorry Kov!" He laughed, giving me a hand. I took it graciously and rolled back onto my bed.

"Corey, how'd you get in my house?" I asked, a bit frazzled.

"Your sister let me in?" He looked at me with that killer smirk. He wrapped an arm around my shoulders, pulling me closer.

"Uh, you do realize that it's almost midnight on a school night, right?" I glanced at the time. 11:58.

Corey gave me a confused look. "Then why are you up?"

We both chuckled a bit, looking at each other. I shouldn't have said anything, to be honest.

"I couldn't sleep..."

"Want me to wear you out?" He jokingly said, a playful grin plastered across his face.

I smacked him gently on the arm. Just as I was about to pull my arm away, he grabbed it, throwing it around his neck. I had no clue what was happening.

He leaned me on the bed, him hovering above me. Corey looked me in the eyes, leaning in, his lips met mine in an oral embrace. My hands tangled in his hair as he grabbed my hips, pulling me closer. The feeling was just so... Right. It felt right.

I broke away after a minute, looking at him confused.

"What was that about?" I laughed, pulling my hands down, laying them beside my head. He smiled, looking at the clock and then to me.

"Happy Valentines Day, my bucket of cuteness." He said huskily, planting one last kiss on my lips before getting off me.

He walked over to my door and turned to look at me.

"Oh, and I'll see you tomorrow."

I was left speechless, lying on my bed, having no clue what the fuck just happened. Like, I know what just occurred, but it seemed so... Out of the ordinary, surprisingly.

MY MOM JUST GAVE ME A COPY OF THE OUTSIDERS ON DVD LIKE WHAT EVEN THX MOMMY MOO MOO.
