In Drew's Room

Henry's POV

"Does Jason know about Kathy" Drew asked

"Yes, three days back. But not her involvement in your accident. He just knows Kathy and Travis are together and betrayed us. He is already burning with guilt. If he knows you suffered so much, don't know what would happen to him? Once you recover completely and ready to come home we will tell him" I said

"What else did they do?" Drew asked

"We don't have to talk about it now"

"Please Henry, I want to know. Did they do something to Jo? Did you meet her? She is the reason for my change" Drew said. He is worried about Jo. Does he love her? It's better if I don't tell about our marriage till he recover

"I met her and she is fine and safe. Kathy tried to destroy our company..."

"I can't believe she did that but how did she do? She is just assistant accountant" Drew asked

"She persuaded Jason that Jo is working so much and made him remove Jo from Orphanage and SK projects. She took in charge and did everything to destroy. Jo stepped in and made everything fine. Infact Mr. Kingsmen gifted that Hotel for us" i said

"Why would he do that?"Drew asked

'Can't you shut your mouth Henry? What would you tell Drew?' I scolded myself 

"Not us, to Jo. He knew her since many years and loves her like grand daughter. He didn't recognize her because he saw when she was 14 but they communicate regularly through emails. Jo helped Mr. Kingsmen to come out of his grief" I said proudly

"She is one of a kind, very compassionate and kind" Drew praised Jo. I could see admiration in his eyes

It's not just friendship, what's going to happen if he knows about Jo's pregnancy and marriage?

There was knock on the door, Judson came with Liam.

"I'm Dr. Liam, Judson's friend. How are you feeling" Liam asked 

"I'm sorry that I attacked you earlier" Drew apologized 

"No need to apologize Drew, I can totally understand. You didn't know me. Tell me how you are feeling" 

Drew looked at me and Judson 

"Do you want to talk to me alone?" Liam asked 

"No Liam, It's ok. I feel safe having them both" Drew said

"I..... don't feel good, I'm having withdrawal symptoms. I know this well .....because I experienced these with alcohol" Drew said in guilt 

"Im very proud of you Drew. To overcome any problem, first step is acceptance. You are already there. Once you recover from your injuries, you can travel to your country and join rehab there. From what I observed in this 28 hours, you are not very addicted. It would be easy. You don't even have to join in rehab. With some medical help and your family support you would be fine in no time.

Judson told how you avoided drugs, it takes so much will power. You are malnourished as a result of that. Eat healthy food. 

Dr. Maria is one of the best psychiatrist, she would visit you tomorrow morning, trust her, open up. She would help you with your recovery" Liam said 

"Thank you Liam" Drew said 

"I'm leaving,  call me anytime if you need" Liam left saying that

"I want to know everything that happened in my absence" Drew asked 

"It's late, sleep. We will talk tomorrow" Judson said 

"I have been sleeping for more than 28 hours. No way I could sleep" 

Judson looked at me

"I was so happy after you called. I was expecting to see you but received call about your accident and death. We were shattered. I flew to Australia. I suspected it was not accident but someone intentionally did it. 

I hired detective to investigate. I'm sorry Drew, I should have done better. You wouldn't have suffered so much" I couldn't help but feel responsible 

"You are the reason I escaped Henry. Thank you. If not for you I would have died there. Don't think about it" 

"How is everyone? Jason, Christi, Jo, Pa" 

"Christi is pregnant" i said 

"Wow! Congratulations bro. Im going to be uncle" Drew said excitedly 

Judson looked at me. He must be thinking about Jo's pregnancy 

"After you left to Australia, Jo was depressed. We didn't inform about your accident. After one month it was hard to lie her and she was not herself. We informed Pa so that he would take her home. 

We were scared for her. Pa got heart attack. Jo's mom came to take her. She came to my home and overheard Jason telling about your death. She couldn't take it. The same time Henry came and she thought it was you. We told her he is your twin.

She went to India, Henry went to drop her. We couldn't go because my uncle was sick and no one was there" Judson said 

"Pa got heart attack? How is he now? Did you meet Pa Henry?" Drew asked 

"He is absolutely fine, I met him. He is wonderful person, reminded me of our Pa" I said 

"You are lucky to meet him, I used to talk to him at least twice daily but couldn't meet personally" Drew said sadly 

"Do you want to talk to him now?" I asked 

"No, I will meet him directly when I recover. Don't want to stress him, he already got heart attack" 

"None of us were there, Kathy took the opportunity. She already made drastic changes in those 2 projects and didn't inform us even after contractors warned. She destroyed all the files and tipped the government and Mr. Kingsmen  with proofs that we are doing fraud.

Jo came back and saved. 

I doubted Kathy, have Mike follow her but couldn't get any proofs against her. If she was not Jason's girlfriend, I would have dealt differently" i said sadly 

"I ignored her behavior because of the same reason. I should have made Jason see her reality" Drew said sadly 

"We all did the same mistake" Judson said 

"We went to party four days back, Travis...." I couldn't finish.

"What happened?" Drew almost screamed 

"He tried to misbehave with Jo. He planned with Kathy. He thought he sabotaged security cameras. Henry had everything checked. Henry had security personnel for all of us without our knowledge. He knew someone is after us especially after your accident. He took care of everything. 

He was arrested" Judson said 

"We should have killed that bastard that day itself. How dare he tried to...." Drew couldn't finish 

"It's ok Drew, he is behind the bars. Because of that incident, I came to know Travis has grudge on you and Kathy is working with him. We found about you" I said. 

Now that I think, that incident was crucial in exposing Kathy and Travis and also finding Drew alive.

"How is Jo, she was shattered that day" Drew asked anxiously 

"She is ok. We all are there. We all are living in same house for security purpose" Judson said 

"Really? Jo is living with us in our home?" Drew asked excitedly
