Why is it Bothering?

Jo's POV 

Drew placed me on bed and covered me in blanket. He sat on bed holding my hand.

"I'm sorry Jo, my fault. I should have been thoughtful" he apologized.

"I'm...fine...." I tried to console him but the pain is really bad. I'm scared, I want to know if my baby is fine. I want Henry. 

Henry came... I can see my pain in his eyes

Henry's POV 

I went to office with Jason, completed all the documents and gave to lawyer to file. I want to see Jo. I can do the work from home. When I said I want to go home Jason too came with me.

I saw Jo hugging Drew and he was holding her when I got down from car. I felt my heart pinched.  Then Drew carried her in bridal style

"Jo" Jason said with concern. She looked at us. That's when I realized her face is pale and is crying. She is in pain, lot of pain... I could see in her eyes.

"What's wrong Jo?" I asked

I want to take her in my arms and console but restrained myself 

"She has pain, I will put her on bed. Call Judson" Drew said taking her upstairs

She looked at him. She needs me, I want to be with her

I called Judson, he didn't take my call. He would be in the middle of surgery.

I called Dr. Angela and requested her to come.

Drew was sitting holding Jo's hand

"I'm...fine...." she tried to console him but she seems to be in lot of pain, words failed 

"Judson is not taking calls...I called Dr. Angela. She is coming..." I said

"Drew, my phone is in car. Can you get it. I want to speak to Christi" she asked, probably to send him away.  Hope he won't give his phone 

He nodded

"Henry stay with her, I will be back" he said leaving

I thanked Drew in my heart for that

I rushed to her as soon as Drew left

"It's hurting badly, I'm scared. Baby isn't moving" She cried

"Don't worry Jo. Our baby is fine" I  said but I'm scared inside 

I kept my hand on her tummy.

"Hey pumpkin, Wake up. You are scaring us" i said kissing her stomach

I felt baby kick gently, then she started kicking hard. My baby is moving, responding to me. Of course she loves me so much 

"See, our baby is fine... is it still hurting" he asked

"It's getting better... I was scared when baby was not moving" She said

I heard door knock

"Drew is coming" Jason said

"Nothing happens to you or our baby" I kissed my forehead and sat in sofa. I can't live without them

Drew gave her phone.

"Drink this first" he said giving her juice. I cursed myself for not thinking about it

"Thank you Drew"she thanked him

Dr. Angela came, I went out with Drew. I want to stay with her 

"What happened?" I asked 

"My fault, I forgot she have health issues...We went to movie... after sometime she went to restroom, then called me to take home as she is not well. I asked if she needs doctor but she said not needed. After coming home she looked very pale, couldn't even walk" he said painfully 

'It's my fault Drew, not yours. You have no idea of her pregnancy. She is suffering because of me' I cursed myself

After sometime, Dr. Angela came out

"How is Jo" me and Drew asked same time

She looked between us...

"I'm Henry, he is my brother Drew..." I said 

I told her on phone that my identical twin brother would be home and not mention about pregnancy or our marriage in front of him. 

"She needs complete bed rest at least one week" she said 

"Any special diet?" Drew asked 

Why is it bothering me seeing his concern?

"Josna has diet chart, call me if needed" she said 

 "You both stay with Jo, I will send doctor and come" I told Drew and Jason 

They went to her bedroom 

"How is she?" I asked 

"She asked me not to tell you but I feel it's better for you to know" she said 

"Jo and baby both are fine right. Should we get her admitted in hospital?" I asked 

"Judson is like a son to me, he told me everything. Jo has complications but with proper care it's not a problem. You know her BP is high, it lead to pre eclampsia. I was scared she developed HELLP syndrome too. Fortunately it's not that. 

Give her complete bed rest. I'm sure she is under lot of stress considering the situation. Try to keep her away from stress. Keep her happy. 

She has edema. She said 'her cook give good massage every day but today she couldn't get as she went out'  Messaging her legs help. She know the diet chart. Just follow that" she said

"Can you please send diet chart through Judson. I will make sure she follows" i said 

She nodded

"Don't worry she will have safe delivery. Call me anytime. Take care" she said leaving
