I prepared my lunch box and carefully placed it in my bag. It's been so long since I carried a proper meal to office. I thought I would actually cook something good today.

As I was about leave my apartment, a phone call interrupted me.

"Hello?"

"Sis, it's me."

My sister usually never calls me in the morning knowing how busy both of us are. But anyways let's hear her.

"Make it quick."

I said so she could hurry up.

"Dad's mad at you."

"What?"

"I don't have time to explain but brace yourself. Bye-bye."

And she hung up. I wonder what actually happened.

The day went well but the thing is Enzo showed up a bit late. For a moment i thought he wouldn't come at work today.

And then it was lunch time already.

"Elle!"

Mia exclaimed and walked towards me in a hurried pace. She held on to my arm and spoke in a rushed manner.

"Elle you gotta see this-"

My phone rang, cutting her off.

"Wait a minute Mia. It's an important call."

It was my dad. Before I could pick up the call i cleared my throat. I was kind of nervous especially after what my sister told me this morning.

"Hello."

"Hello, Elle?"

"Yes dad."

Me and Mia settled down on the table capturing attention of Liam and Tristan who were already seated.

"Explain me that photo."

"Which one dad?"

"I just sent you one."

I opened the messenger app and saw the pic which me, Enzo and Vitaly took yesterday at the party.

Yes, after the party we three took a picture together. It was a normal picture.

Enzo stood in the middle. I stood on his right, my elbow rested on his shoulder as I had a cheerful smile on.

While Vitaly stood on his left, smiling too.

We looked like teenagers on prom. The picture made us look like we we have been friends for so many years.

But guess what? These bright smiles made it's way on our faces so naturally, it makes me feel as if we're a family.
