10 - Watch Your Back

Ally's P.O.V.

I wanted the earth to swallow me up. This morning, I was woken up by a call from the company telling me that Si-hyuk wanted to talk to me in his office as soon as I arrived. So here I am, early in the morning, walking to his office,  mentally preparing myself for the worst.

I was so busy worrying about what might happen that I didn't even realize that I was already standing in front of his office. Closing my eyes, I take a few deep breaths to try and calm myself. It was too early to deal with this and I didn't want to go in, but I knew that I had to.

Without letting another second pass, I open the door with anxiety and fear.

"Yoongi?..."

I whisper softly to myself once I see him sitting in front of Si-hyuk. What is going on?

"Ally, I'm glad to see you."

As I walk in further into his office, I take a seat next to Yoongi as he gives me a nod for a greeting. I just stared at him and then at Si-hyuk as I was confused as to why he was here and why I am here.

"Yoongi came in this morning and explained everything to me." I snapped my head and looked at Yoongi with wide eyes. "I also wanted to apologize for my words yesterday as they were unfair given the situation that you were in."

I turned to look at Si-hyuk and all I could do was softly smile at him and accept his apology. For some reason, I felt happy in a way to know that someone else sees this situation the way that I do.

"It wasn't an accident." Again, I snapped my head towards Yoongi who had a serious expression on him while he crossed both his arms and legs.

"Someone did it on purpose." He adds.

"Ally, do you know of anyone who might have something against you for them to do something like this?" Si-hyuk asks.

I sit there silently as I try to process everything so far, especially Yoongi's words.

Someone who has something against me?

As I tried hard to think of someone, I couldn't think of anyone who would have anything against me. I got along with everyone and I treated everyone with kindness and respect. But, I guess someone didn't like my kindness or me in general. Have I done something to offend someone without even realizing it? Impossible because I was very aware of my actions, especially towards people.

"No." I shake my head.

The room fell silent after that as I saw both Yoongi and Si-hyuk thinking to themselves.

"Well, if you think of anyone, please let me know immediately so we can get this taken care of. After All, your safety is my top priority."

After our conversation, we were both excused and we headed outside of his office. Once we were outside, I leaned my back against the wall as I thought even more about the one person who might be after me. It didn't seem real.

"You okay?" I was pulled away from my thoughts as I heard Yoongi speak up, completely forgetting that he was still here.

"Yea. I'm just trying to process everything right now."

"You really don't have any idea on who it could be."

"Not a clue." I looked over at him and saw him looking at the ground. It seemed like he wanted to tell me something.

"Can you do me a favor? Can you not tell Jungkook about this?"

I knew that I should be worried about whoever was after me, but honestly I was more worried of Jungkook finding out and making him worry for me.

"I just don't think it's a good idea to make him worry over something like this when he already has a lot on his plate."

He didn't say anything. All he did was look at me with a blank face. Was it too much to ask him to keep it from Jungkook?

"Ok, but you're going to have to tell him eventually."

"I know. Just not now..."

I felt bad for wanting to keep this from him because I knew that I should tell him, but it wasn't  the right time. Yoongi and I both bid our farewells followed by him telling me to text him if I ever need anything. I started making my way towards practice until I heard Yoongi calling out my name. As I turned around to face him, I see him walking towards with a weird look on his face.

"Be careful, especially with that Seung-mi chick. She just gives me really bad vibes and seems like trouble, so don't get too close to her."

I was taken back to say the least; I didn't expect him to say something like this, especially warning me to be careful of Seung-mi. Does he know something that I don't? But then again, It's Yoongi, he thinks that everyone gives off bad vibes.

But why would he bring up Seung-mi? How does he even know her? More importantly, why would he think that about her? She wasn't that type of person. She was kind and hardworking and I admired her for that.

A lot of questions and thoughts were starting to fill my head and I just shake my head.

"Why would you say that? She's a good person. Are you implying that she might be the one after me?"

He doesn't say anything as he looks at me. Letting out a deep sigh, he rubs his temples, almost as if he was frustrated in some way.

"All I can say is that not everyone is who they seem to be and you need to watch your back."

With that, Yoongi turns around and walks away, leaving me standing alone as even more questions flood my head.

A/N

So you guys may have seen this coming which was my intention. From now on, pay very close attention to Seung-mi since she's very important in this book.

Looks like Yoongi figured out something that not everyone has noticed.

Although this book is about Ally and Jungkook, it's not all about them, but also Ally's life as a trainee. But also this situation that happened, marks the start of something bigger that will soon affect the whole entire plot line of the story so please look forward to it as I've developed this story about a year ago and have worked hard to perfect it.
