Aizawa: "The yearly average for any First Years passing the test is less than 5%, Your chances increase as The Years go by but still, If Your a third year and You've just received Your Licenses then it usually spells that Your a bad hero, Many In-Training usually get Their Licenses in Their first or second years of Hero School" *He iterated, Causing Everyone to immediately become afraid and nervous*
