-Camera cuts to a Heavily Protected Prison. Keiko walked through the halls as She passed through many of the Inmates She personally captured and imprisoned. Keiko was about to fly to the Stadium to watch Her Younger Brother pass but Hawks called Her to this prison for something very important about the drug case

"Curse You!!" "When I get out of Here, You'll wish You'd never met Me!!" "Your psychic quirk won't always protect You!" *Many of Them spat out curses and insults to try and rouse Keiko but She quickly ignored Them all and went inside a room*

Hawks: "Ah Keiko, Your here" *Hawks, Detective Tsukauchi, and a few other Investigators were present in the room. On the other side was a one way mirror with The same villain Keiko caught on Her drug busting operation just earlier* "No good, He hasn't said a word and is rather annoying... in fact... It seems as though His mind has been scrubbed clean... He wasn't like that when He arrived here..."

Keiko: "... I'll take a look into it" *She enters the other room and sits opposed to the chained man* '... ... Dead stares... irregular breathing, pure white eyes...' *Using Her psychic powers and tapped into His mind but only to see everything be completely black* "What!"

Tsukauchi: "Keiko, what happened? have You found something?" *He said through the room's speaker as soon as They saw Keiko flinch*

Keiko: "That's the problem... I can't see anything inside... It's as if what Hawks' said was right. The man's been mind wiped... ..." *She used Her psychic quirk to scan His entire body for something. Implants, Surgeries, inconsistencies and found something embedded into the back of His skull* "Tsukauchi, Have The prison's Surgeons report in. Something's implanted directly into the back of His head"

Tsukauchi: "Right away!" *He turns to the other detectives* "Deputy Mikoto, You heard what She said" *His deputy salutes and walks towards The Prison phone to call the Warden*

Keiko: "Shit... It's probably a fail safe... Whoever Their boss is forced Them all to implant this to prevent any information be forced out... ..."

Hawks: "This suddenly became a lot harder... Detective Tsukauchi, This may be a long shot but are the other inmates with Him been checked for implants?"

Tsukauchi: "If that one has Implants then it's safe to say They all have implants as well... But I guess it's worth it to check Them all, I'll personally ask the Warden. Deputy Mikoto, come with Me" *He and His Deputy walk out of the room with The other detectives*

Keiko: "Hawks" *She walks out of the room after searching for nothing inside The inmate's literal empty head* "Has Your agency's Info-Team gathered more shipment of these drugs. We have to intercept and capture more of Them"

Hawks: "My team just reported that it's been silent ever since We busted that shipment earlier. By the way, Has Your brother gotten His provisional Licenses?"

Keiko: "I have no time to spectate My brother after realizing how deep this case actually goes" *Just as the two were about to leave, They both heard a very loud ringing, causing massive headaches and migraines for Keiko* "W-what!"

Hawks: "Watch Out!!" *The implant inside the inmate's head exploded violently, Hawks managed to push the stunned Keiko into the ground but got His left wing hit by the explosion in the process* "Shit!! My wing!"
