Sarada's POV

My name is Uchiha Sarada, daughter of the late Uchiha Sasuke and Uchiha Sakura and heiress of the Uchiha clan. My parents died while protecting the village. Lots of things have been happening ever since Boruto got the Karma mark from Otsutsuki Momoshiki. So much happened it's hard to explain so I'll keep this short, Boruto, Nanadaime, Dad, and Mom are all dead. Nanadaime was killed by Code, my dad got rid of him as well while dying with him, and my mom fought along beside him so she died too. I've also awakened my Mangekyo Sharingan. Kawaki is never around us anymore ever since so now it's only Mitsuki and I.

Mitsuki invited me to train with him under his parent, which I accepted. Even tho my parents, Nanadaime and Boruto are gone now, I still can't leave my dream alone. I want to at least make them all proud by becoming Hokage, so I have to get stronger by all means necessary. I don't want anymore people dying either.

Mitsuki and I got permission from our sensei, now 8th Hokage, Konohamaru Sensei to leave the village and train.

It's been 7 months since Mitsuki and I came to Orochimaru's place to train, 7 months since my parents, Nanadaime and Boruto died, and now, we're finally heading back to the Hidden Leaf Village.

"I wonder how everyone's doing." Mitsuki started a conversation.

"They've probably gotten stronger. I hope Miss Hinata, Himawari and Kawaki are doing well."

"Himawari-chan is probably a bit taller by now."

"We'll see when we get there. I wanna meet Cho-Cho and see how she is."

Mitsuki made a 'hmm' sound while showing off his signature smile as we continued to jump from tree branch to tree branch.

Soon enough, I started having a uneasy feeling. Mitsuki noticed my troubled face. "Sarada, are you o-"

Mitsuki couldn't finish his sentence. A huge strong gust of wind suddenly hit us in the face. The wind was way too strong that I lost my balance on the tree branch I was on and flew backwards. Mitsuki extended his long arms, one to hold on for support and one to try and reach out to me. It all happened so fast. I shut my eyes only for a few seconds, but opened them to feel the strong wind gone and Mitsuki no where to be seen.

Mitsuki's POV

I blinked a few times adjusting my eye sight. However, I didn't see Sarada anywhere, in fact, I couldn't even sense her. It was as if she wasn't even here to begin with. That wind...

Where did she go?

Luckily, one of my snakes was able to get to her when I extended my arm. I can communicate with her using the snake that's with her and another one of my snakes.

One of my snakes came out from my sleeve, "Sarada! Where are you?" I asked.

"Mitsuki...?" I heard her reply.

"One of my snakes are attached somewhere on you. I'm using it to communicate with you. Where are you? Are you alright?" I asked again.

"I'm alright, I'm definitely lost however, this forest I'm in isn't the same as the one we were taking to get home. In fact, I don't think I've been here before, I know the geography of all five nations by heart, this place is really unfamiliar. I don't know where I am."

"Think you can take a look around?"

"I'll try. I can still talk to you through the snake, so I'll let you know of well...anything really. Go back to the village, if I take a better look at my surroundings I might be able to recognize some pathway and get back on the right track home."

"Ok, be careful." with that, the snake slithered back into my sleeve. She's right, I should go back to the village. I can get help from the others. Besides, she too is trying to get to the village, so we'll meet again once she finds a way back.

She can handle herself well, she'll be able to get back easily.

With that in mind, I continued heading towards the Leaf.

Sarada's POV

After talking to Mitsuki, I put the little white reptile in my pocket and climbed up a tree to get a view of where I am. I might see a building or structure that looks familiar. I looked around a bit, saw nothing but more forest. Not even a shed was in sight. But then I turned around at the sound of a really powerful punch.

I was starstruck. Time seemed to have been frozen, or rather, everything was in slow motion, like in a movie. Get what I'm saying?

A woman in full armor.

Weapons around her figure.

Powerful, so full of strength, indescribably beautiful.

But what stood out to me most...

was the colour of Scarlet.
