Chapter 34

Jennie's POV

As for the next day at school, I didn't see a site of Lisa all morning. She wasn't in the halls before first period. She wasn't even in first period.

The next time I usually see her would be now, lunch. I'm walking to the cafeteria right now. I've really wondered about Lisa today.

Was she staying home?

Is she sick?

                    

"Oh looking for someone, looks like you miss her today?" Nayeon asks while wiggling her eyebrows, we're walking in the hallway, with Irene.

I look at her, thinking what to answer.
                    

"Kind of." I said honestly, a wide smile flustered at Nayeon face. "I knew it." she said hooking her arms at my shoulders pulling me down while messing my hair. Aishhh my best friend knows me better than anyone else. I couldn't lie.

"Bunny get off me..." I fixed my hair. "I just hope she's okay." I give Nayeon a weak smile. 

                    

"Well I wonder if she just came in late." she shrugs. "I guess we will find out right now."  Irene said.

                    

As she says that, we enter the cafeteria side by side. The three of us look around, and finally...my eyes land on Lisa.

She's sitting by herself but she's already looking at us or rather, just me. 

                    

"Yup, she came in late." Nayeon said to me, also seeing her.

I feel frozen in my spot as I watch her stand up, coming over to us. She's walking fast like really fast. "She's also coming over here..?" I hear Irene talking but it's almost like it's just blurry. I'm just focused on the beautiful girl walking towards me. The look on her face makes me nervous. 

She looks so determined, she looks so hot. Like damn hot.

                    

As she gets closer, my heart beating so fast. What is she going to do? She doesn't slow down.

"Lisa-" I try to say she approaches me but my words are cut off by her slamming her lips into mine. 

                    

My eyes widen in shock as hers are closed. I hear some gasps coming from the room as well as whispering. I melt into the kiss, closing my eyes and kissing her back. Am I dreaming? is she kissing me in front of the whole school right now? 

                    

I can feel my heart beating almost outside my chest as her lips move a little, not wanting to let go. Finally she does but she keeps her face close to mine, opening her eyes. We are both breathing a little heavier. I'm totally frozen in shock. I can't move. 

                    

"Jen.." she says keeping her hands on my jaw. before she can finish, I look at Nayeon and Irene they have this shock on their face. Lisa then look at them or just Irene? she hold me possessively and then I hear Momo in the background. 

                    

"Woohoo!" she yells and starts clapping as well. As the two of them clap and cheer, the whole cafeteria starts taking over their actions. Soon, our ears are filled with clapping and cheering.
