Irene's POV

Everyone is very busy for Borgy's birthday, tomorrow. They have to decorate the whole garden and the sala for a Greek themed party. Manang had a hard time thinking of what will be the theme. But when she saw me with my dogs, there she figured it out.

She immediately called her organizers and planned this party. The next day, Stella and her assistant went to the house to get our measurements. She will make us Gods and Godesses on that day.

Ewan ko ba kay Manang, ang daming arte. Pwede namang i-DIY yung mga damit, magpapatahi pa. Ayaw pa ni mommy dahil hindi ganon yung mga sinusuot niya. She always wear terno even if she's just home. So, they agreed that mommy will just wear her terno but she should blend with the theme, a white with a mixture of gold will do. I don't know how will that be.

Hanggang sa dumating ang mga damit na iyon kaninang hapon. It's just very simple but it's very fancy. May kasama na ring mga jewelries. "You will surely love it. I must say, these are one of my favorite creations" Stella told us earlier.

She's telling the truth though. She perfectly copied what the mythic gods wear. Borgy's outfit will be like Cupid.

Manang, Liza and I, we will be clothed in a not-so-long chiton or what they call tunic/robe and a cloak or what they call himation. It has also a golden belt, a golden arm cuff, brooch to be its design, and a wreath-like chaplet that serves to be a crown.

It is a white sleeveless ankle length dress with a v-neckline. I just don't know why mine is different, it is a one armed sleeveless and has a lot more details. And of course the sandals.

It is almost the same with the boys. Just a masculine version of ours.

Bago pa lumalim ang gabi, tumulong na ako sa pagdecorate. It's almost done, it just need the finishing touches and they have to check everything so that the party will turn out not just good but perfect.

"Manang inka maturogen, masapul mo ti atiddog nga panaginana. Mas mabannog ka tun bigat sigurado eta." (Manang go sleep now, you need to rest. You'll be very tired tomorrow, that's for sure) sabi ko sa kanya nang makitang napaupo siya sa bench.

She looked at her watch, 9pm na kasi. "Kasano garud detuy?" (Eh paano ito?) turo niya sa pinapagandang garden.

"Malmalpas metten, siyak ti bahalan. Makaturturog ka la garuden. Umuli kan ta inka maturogen, stress kan ne, madi eta ken baby" (Patapos naman na, ako na ang bahala. You look so sleepy already. Go upstairs and sleep, you seem stressed, that's bad for the baby) I touched her tummy. It keeps on getting bigger. Same as Liza.

"Alright. You sure you can manage everything here? Call us if you need something. Good night ading"

I smiled and watched her until she disappeared to my sight. Ako lang ang naiwan dito dahil inakyat ni Kuya Bongbong kanina si Liza dahil sumakit ang likod niya, si Kuya Tommy naman ay pinatulog si Borgy at si Mommy ay hindi namin pinagpuyat.

I volunteered to stay here to also wait for Greggy. Nag-overtime siya sa trabaho dahil hindi siya papasok bukas. Maybe he'll be here any minute now.

"Ms. Irene, okay na po yung mga lightings pati na rin sound system, uuna na po kami, babalik na lang po kami bukas, mga afterlunch." paalam nila Marion, sila ang incharge sa pailaw at tugtog.

"Sige, mag-iingat kayo" I reminded because some of them are minors, but not too young.

I am fixing the chairs when I felt someone hugged me from behind and kissed my cheek. By the scent of that person, I already know who it was. Napangiti ako.
