Irene's POV

"Hello love! Uuwi na ako!" magiliw na bungad sa'kin ng kausap ko sa phone.

"But you just got into your house love" I said. Nagpaalam siya kahapon na uuwi daw muna siya sa mansion nila. He even asked me to go with him but I refused.

For once, maglayo naman kami saglit, lagi ko na lang siyang nakikita kaya humindi ako kahapon.

"Uuwi na ako sa'yo" he said.

"Hindi ka man lang ba magtatagal diyan?"

"Hmm, pwede rin. Pero I missed you na kaya no, uuwi na ako sa'yo" he answered.

I sighed. Magpa-miss ka naman kahit minsan lang!

"Whatever you want" tanging nasabi ko na lang.

"And love, I'm bringing someone over ha"

"Sinong someone?"

"Basta, you'll love him. He's adorable. I'm hanging up now love, I'll see you there. Bye, I love you" di na hinintay ang sagot ko at ibinababa na.

Someone? Adorable?

Imposible namang pamangkin niya eh bumalik na sila abroad. They'll be back before our wedding pa.

While waiting for him, I went to the bathroom to freshen up.

Mom went out and my siblings visited their homes pero babalik din naman and so Aimee and I, along with the maids and guards were left here in the mansion.

Later on, I heard my dogs barked. He's here na so I went downstairs.

I saw him holding a dog and he's showing it to my five babies.

New dog?

"Kanino yan?" I asked as soon as I got there.

"He's Cleo. My dog. Mama La's gift before" he said.

"I didn't know you had a dog"

"Kasi hindi siya lumaki sa'kin. My cousin fostered him because I wasn't able to take good care of him because of my work." he explained

"Eh how old is he na?"

"I'm not really sure but not that old pa, I think. I brought him kasi may pinuntahan saglit si Wayne, dadaanan niya rin si Cleo mamaya" aniya.

"Cleo? Sounds like a girl pero isn't he a 'he'?"

"I didn't know how to check dog's gender before. Akala ko babae kaya pinangalanan ko ng Cleo. Turns out my dog is a boy. I had no chance to rename him kasi nasanay na siya sa Cleo" he chuckled.

"Looks like friends na sila ng mga aso. I think you can leave him muna here with them. I'm so bored, samahan mo 'ko sa taas" I told him at tumalikod na. Kita ko naman ang pagsunod niya sa peripheral vision ko.

"Samahan lang love? Sure?" he teased.

"Manahimik ka, I want to watch at peace. Gregorio ha, sinasabi ko sa'yo" I warned him.

"Come on love, wala sila Tita oh" he added pa nga!

"Kahit wag mo na akong samahan. Kaya kong manood mag-isa" I uttered and walked away.

"Hey, I was just kidding. Wait up!" kakamot-kamot siya ng ulo na sumunod sa akin.
