Xingqiu took a while to sleep, he was too happy to be with his love. It was very warm in chongyuns house too. That was probably also a big factor

Another thing was he didn't want to sleep, he was scared that if he did something might happen and it'd be his fault.

He tightened his grip on chongyun. He smelled nice, like blue raspberry slushies..

Great! Now he's thirsty for a slushie, xingqiu let go of chongyun and stood up, he placed a blanket over him. Then he made his way down the stairs to the kitchen, his house was so fancy compared to xingqius..

He opened chongyuns fridge, a large bag of strawberry sherbet candies was at the top, maple syrup.. mints.. some spices.. chocolate milk.. sugar.. more sherbets.. gummies.. ah! Blueberries!

He took the box of Blueberries and began eating them, then realise he probably should've asked first.. he shrugged and put the box back in the fridge, then he questioned why they had so much candy in a fridge..?

He shut the fridge and wandered around in the dark, humming videogame songs.

Then immediately tripped and fell down the stairs, "oomph!" He groaned and found himself in what seemed to be the basement

"Hey mari" chongyun tapped his shoulder, xingqiu flinched "oh! Didn't know you were awake sorry" he laughed, he was sitting on the floor. "You okay?" Chongyun kneeled down next to him "yeah, I just hurt my ankle" he tried to stand up, resulting in his ankle twisting and chongyun having to hold him up.

He pushed chongyun off him, "I can walk fine!" He smugly smiled and tried to walk back up, "ill be here when you fall" chongyun smiled and walked behind him, xingqiu rolled his eyes "how are you so quiet? I barely heard you!" He laughed

"Years of living with hutao... and this guy that hates me" he responded and clicked his fingers, "see! I made it to the top" xingqiu sat down and held his ankle in pain, "yeah.. ill carry you the rest of the way" chongyun sat next to him, "what? No im fine!!" Xingqiu grinned, "I don't care!" Chongyun picked him up bridal style

"Noooo! I can walk!! I only heard a small crack!" Xingqiu tried fighting his way out of chongyuns arms, "what??? I'm getting you an ice pack" he placed xingqiu down on a table in the kitchen.

"God 'yun your really forcing me here? Toxic relationship" xingqiu crossed his arms, chongyun laughed and handed him an ice pack. "Here, place this on your ankle, it always makes me feel better when I break something"

"You've broken something more than once? And, you used an ice pack to fix it??"

"Yeah...? That's not normal?"

"NO????"

"WHAT?"

"Go to the hospital."

"Aw~ you care for me?"

"NO."

"... really?"

"What??? That's not what I meant! Of course I care about you!"

"No.. now I'm sad"

Xingqiu sighed, "sorry". Chongyun hugged him then lifted him back up "stop doing that!! I am not a damsel in distress!!" Xingqiu kicked his legs, "you sure? Because your acting distressed" chongyun kissed his forehead and walked back to his room.

He placed xingqiu down on his bed, "here, ill sleep on the floor tonight so you don't get kicked by me or something and I break your ankle, also, I don't think it's actually broken it'll be fine in the morning" he smiled and sat leaning hid back on the bed, xingqiu gasped "no! Its fine, it's your bed" he sat up, chongyun laughed "no, your the guest, please" he crossed his arms and legs
