After having the conversation with James you get in your house, and make yourself some lunch.
You get a text from Chris "hey ready to talk ?"
"Yup" you reply
After a few minutes you get a FaceTime call from Chris you answer
"Hey" Chris says "are you okay you look exhausted" Chris says
"Yeah I'm fine I went out on a run" you explain
"Oh I remember when you and I used to go out on runs" Chris reminds you "we gad just met"
"I remember" you smile
"So I just wanted to talk to you and be sure everything is okay between us and all" Chris says
"Yeah it's fine like I said I trust you"
"And I trust you" he says
You get a knot in your stomach
I have to tell him I can't lie to him
"I have to tell you something" you both say at the same time
"You go first" Chris says
"No it's fine you go first" you tell him
"Okay well I just got my schedule and I'm free on the 15 of February til the 19th" Chris telly you "I can come and visit you but only for 3-4 days, but I don't care as long as I'm with you I'm happy"
"Chris that's great" you tell him
"What were you going to say ?" He asks
You couldn't tell him, he was so happy right now. It would crush him.
"Oh it's nothing special" you say
"Oh c'mon just tell me" Chris's says
"I just got another offer to paint at a wedding" you tell him a lie. Well no a complete lie you did get an offer but it's not what you wanted to tell him
"Wow that's great" Chris says. He's so happy. You won't be able to tell him not right now at least.
"So I have everything planned out for us" Chris says
"Really ?" You ask in a flirty tone
"Mhm" he hums
"Dose this plan of yours include sex ?" You ask
"Yup a lot of it" Chris says
"I can't wait" you say
"We'll you better be saving up" he says
"Oh believe me I've been 3 months without sex I can wait a few more days" you both laugh
"Okay I have to go I'll call you tonight" Chris says
"Okay love you bye" you end tech call.
While you were talking to Chris you had made yourself some lunch.
You sit down and eat
You also had to get ready soon because your going to a wedding, to paint.
After lunch you get dressed. The bride had requested you wear something pink because that would match with the theme.
You find an pink dress that you had bought with Chris when you were in Boston. It's very simple. You brush out your hair and you painting stuff ready.
The wedding was near by your house so you just walked. You could hear music and laughter from a distance.
You get to the wedding it was beautiful. Fairly lights, sunset, champagne everything is perfect.
"Where do you want me to set my things ?" Yous ask the braids best friend, she was the one who asked you if you could paint at the wedding
"Right by the dance floor, you'll get a good view of the bride and groom dancing and also the people in the back" she says with a smile
"Great" You say to her returning the smile
You sit down and start painting the dance floor and other details on the canvas. You look and see everyone having a great time, the bride also came to you and offered you food and a silence of the wedding cake.
Now you wait for the dance to begin.
The dance between the lovely couple.
You look as the groom steps on the dance floor. You get your paintbrush ready. He takes out his hand helping his wife up. You dip the brush in paint. You look up at the two couple dance to lovely music. You stroke the brush in the same movement as there dance steps.
You notice every detail and you paint it down
End of the wedding you had made a beautiful masterpiece of the two newlyweds.

Back home
You lay in bed, this wedding made you feel so many things, made you realise how much you want a wedding.
You want it with Chris.
You smile just thinking about the fact this could be the two of you one day, but that smile instantly faded when you realised you both aren't willing to give up what you have. He loves it in Boston, you love it in Italy.
But if it got to a point where there was no option but to move to Boston you would do it. Because Chris has given you so much. He has shown you so much love, and all the love is real, unlike what James did he didn't love you he faked it all but Chris he showed you real love
With all these thoughts you really started missing Chris, and you were so exited for him to come to Italy. Even tho you both will not spend Valentine's Day together, you'll figure something out
