When we got to the party there was an immediate rush of energy that made its way into my body, the night was alive and thriving. The air was thick with multi-colored flashing lights to the point where it felt like a fever dream and as each new song blasted its way through the speakers I watched the crowd roar with excitement, to the point where you could feel the music and friction from the other party attendees course it's way through your veins.
I watched as bodies ground up against one another on the dance floor and in other corners of the room, as people who were either getting high off their rocker, drinking, or gossiping back and forth.
"What do we do now?" Cassidy asked.
"You act your new age, go have fun and enjoy yourself." I smile, "You'll take care of her won't you Landon?" I looked over at Landon with narrowed eyes as he nodded in response, "Yeah of course."
"Where are you going?" Cassidy asked as I shrugged, "Nowhere important, I just need to sort a little something out, and then I'll be back."
Before Cassidy could stop me I turned and made my way through the crowd of sweaty Neanderthals keeping my head up for a certain guy who I hoped would be here tonight.
After looking around the first floor of the house I made my way upstairs in hopes that he might be there, and just to my luck after opening the first door I saw, there he was making out with some D-class skank.
"I thought I heard animal noises," I said out loud which made them stop in panic mid-make out.
"Daphne, what are you doing here?" Jeremy asked in confusion.
"Can you get out, we were busy here!" The girl beside him hissed as I snickered.
"Did you know he's been kissing tons of girls with that mouth, if I were you I'd watch out for herpes, I heard that they're known for sticking to trash?" I walk up to the girl who stood there speechless, "Scram, and doesn't let the door hit you on the way out."
I watch her exit the room in a fit of frustration slamming the door behind her before turning my attention to an extremely pissed-off Jeremy.
A smile creeps its way onto my face, "I thought you'd be happier to see me Jer."
Jeremy scoffs, "What do you want from me, Daphne?"
"What's that famous saying again?" I walk closer towards him, "Boys play with boys and girls play with boys."
"I haven't heard of that one before."
I smirk running my hands through his hair, "I can tell that you want to kiss me." I whisper seductively under my breath.
"You do and say all these grown-up things Daphne, but you are still a child." Jeremy stepped back, this small action causes me to roll my eyes.
"Don't underestimate me; you know what I'm capable of."
"Why are you here Daphne, aren't you a little too young to be at this party?"
He was right, I shouldn't be here but then again I didn't care.
A moment of silence passed us by before I took a seat on a chair nearby watched as Jeremy furrowed his brows, "I need that money you owe me."
Jeremy narrowed his eyes as I watched him let out a heavy sigh, "I already told you that I don't have that kind of money on me right now."
I clenched my jaw, "That's a shame, I'd hate for mommy and daddy to find out about how close you and step-sister are." I said pulling out my phone, "Just one little call and I can bet they'll have you shipped off to Siberia in a matter of days."
