"One final warning," Nacht said as a sword made out of shadows appeared next to him.

Y/N watched as it disappeared, only to re-emerge in the palm of her hand. It felt weird being able to grab it when it looked so wispy and intangible.

"You must never use 100% of my Cursed Technique. If you wish to use more of my Cursed Technique, then you must improve yourself first. If you take more than what you're capable of, then you'll lose yourself to being a Curse," Nacht warned. "You'll slowly lose your humanity."

Y/N nodded her head as she gripped onto the sword, "I understand."

Nacht gave her one final look, "Good luck." With that, he disappeared back into the bracelet around her wrist, leaving Y/N to fight off the Curse.

The Curse, having noticed Y/N's new power, began screeching as it made a beeline for Y/N. A huge wave materialised from its hand as it lunged at her. Y/N slid on the ground, missing the water.

I have to make it blind.

Y/N quickly formulated a plan. Just as the Curse lunged at her again, she disappeared into her shadow. A second later, she jumped out from the a nearby shadow of an object and swung her sword at the curse. A black wave shot out of her sword and headed straight for the curse's eyes, blinding it instantly.

Not giving it a second to recover, Y/N swung her sword a second time and exorcised the curse with another wave. When she saw it disintegrate, she breathed a sigh of relief.

"Fujiwara, you okay?!" Maki yelled as she ran towards the younger girl.

"Yeah," Y/N said while panting. "I just exorcised my first Curse."

Maki grinned as she raised her hand. Y/N smiled and high-fived her. "Great job."

The curtain automatically deactivated after detecting that the curse had been exorcised. Gojo stood back up and waited as the two sorcerers made their way to him.

"Hi, hi!" Gojo exclaimed from the car. "Good job at not dying on your first mission, Y/N!"

"Thanks?" Y/N shrugged her shoulders. "What about the workers?"

"What about them?" Gojo asked back.

"Well, they won't get closure about their deceased colleagues. There were no bodies when I exorcised the curse," Y/N mentioned. "Shouldn't we give them an explanation?"

"Sometimes, it's better if they don't know about curses, Y/N," Maki explained. "It would do them more harm than good."

"So we just leave them in the dark?"

"Yeah. Unfortunately, this is the life of jujutsu sorcerers," Gojo told her. "Their losses are not yours to blame."

Y/N sighed. "I just wished we could do more for them. At least to get closure, you know?"

"I know, but there's nothing else we can do," Gojo said. "That reminds me. Did you summon Nacht? I felt a large amount of energy earlier."

"Huh? Oh, yeah, I did. I just cursed him out and he appeared," Y/N told him. "We made a Binding Vow, whatever that is."

"Interesting. What were the conditions?" Gojo asked.

"He just said he'd give me access to his cursed technique and to say some chant if I'm really in trouble. Oh, and that I can't use his whole technique or I might die. That's about it."

"Oh."

"Yep. Can we go back now? I'm tired."

"Back to Tokyo Jujutsu it is!"
