"Do I really need to drink this?" She eyed the murky liquid with a frown, if she hadn't watched the light fairy make it out of several flowers and herbs she would have believed that the fairy had just scooped up some of the sewage water that ran through the tiny village. The fairy, she really couldn't remember the name of her, rolled her eyes and huffed. It really sounded more like the clinging of tiny bells.

"If you want to survive this climate, seeing as you're from above ground, yes," the fairy said. "Don't be such a ladybug!" She scowled at the fairy, but downed the liquid in one quick motion. She gagged at the taste, but quickly grabbed a taste-rock from the table. The small golden rock quickly helped dissolve the taste on her tongue.

"Here's a second dose, in case you would need to stay for longer," the fairy said and handed her another dose of the foul liquid. She stuffed it in one of the inner pockets of her pouch, standing up. The fairy was much taller than herself, almost reaching the top of her mush-hat. However, the fairy is slim, and her skin is light like porcelain. She kind of looks breakable.
