Fever.

I looked at Jimin in shock and complete embarrassment. I never even thought he noticed me checking him out that day.

"I... let's just eat..." I suggested and silently buried myself in a plate in order to escape the topic.

Jimin let out a chuckle and poured himself some wine before joining me at the table. I accidentally looked at him and hid my face once again, flustered.

Why is he still shirtless???...

I can't concentrate on my food...

"Ahem...." I cleared my throat, my eyes looking down at the plate. "Wanna put a shirt on maybe?"

"Why would I?" He asked with a full mouth. "It's kinda hot in here..."

It really is...

It's not even that cold outside, why is the heating so intense?...

"Y/n... your face is red!" Jimin remarked, standing up and putting his hand on my forehead, checking my temperature. "Are you running a fever?!"

I wish...

"No..." I grabbed his arm and gently pushed it away from my face. "I'm okay, it actually is just hot in here..."

"Then why are you dressed like that?" Jimin questioned my clothes choice. "Are you getting ready to visit the North Pole? Just take off your sweater."

I really want to...

But I can't do it if you're here, Jimin...

"I'm good. There's no need for me to take it off," I said and let out a nervous chuckle.

"Why? Just take it off. You said yourself that it's hot here."

"I know but-" I stopped mid sentence because of a sudden sharp pain in my head. Squinting my eyes, I gripped my head.

"Hey, hey," Jimin stood up and hurriedly walked up to me, squatting down in front of my chair. "Are you okay?"

What is this?...

Am I really running a fever?...

"I'm... fine," I assured even though my facial expression was telling otherwise.

"No, you're not. Let's go get you to bed, okay?" Jimin gestured and somehow I wasn't protesting.

Putting my hand on the edge of the table as support, I started lifting my weak body off of my chair. I stood still but my body kept getting heavier. I legs we slowly failing me. I was about to fall but Jimin caught me by my arms before I hit the ground.
