Junior: Is put in a large dark maze, he runs through it until he is killed by a fake Miltia and Melanie.

Robyn: Stabbed in the neck with Neo's umbrella.
Tyrian: Shot in the chin with his guns. (Not suicide)

Ironwood: Hit in head REALLY hard.
Yang: Is forced to run through a fire obstacle course, she makes it to the end when her hair catches on fire, it eventually spreads to her body, burning her alive.

Cinder: Shot in chest 5 times.
Watts: Shoots self in neck to not get executed.
Chapter 6
Mastermind: Winter, stabbed in chest by Jaune and Weiss.
