Okay here me out, I'm tired that Kiyo always gets blackmailed and attract attention. So with the power granted by the keyboard and imagination, I will force or advise Kiyo that will lead him to class A instead of class D, fix his goddamn entrance exam scores so Chaboobashira won't blackmail him. I'll probs kill Ayanopapa or lock him up somewhere ;).
Why did I choose class A? I don't know to be honest, Nah just kidding, I wanna see Ryouko :D
So without further ado, let's first use plot convenience to communicate with Matsuo-san wait. Actually no, it's not Matsuo-san we should ask. It's got to be the chairman. Alright let's go!

Inside Papayanagi's office

Like I said, I'm here to help Kiyotaka, and as to how I knew, let's say plot convenience

Class B or A, and don't worry I already helped him regarding his entrance exam scores by let's say, I shoved the thought of going for random scores between 70-90 instead of a stupid idea such as 50's across the board

"Why though? He hates attention right? Wouldn't Class D be the best choice?"

Chairman, trust me when I say class D is full of idiots and he will have a hard time adjusting there when everyone else calls him gloomy and whatnot, throwing whatever insult they have for him, and going as far as trying to expel him in the future. Class C is going to be ruled by a dragon- I mean a tyrant. Class A is also a good choice but a certain smug loli would always ask him for a challenge

The Professor is no more, I trapped him somewhere secluded so he won't bother Kiyotaka in his freedom, as for the white room, let's say I blew it up but of course I planted some certain memories into the kids' memories. I also removed the hatred HALF of the kids have for Kiyotak-

Well some shitheads known as instructors keeps on blabbering Kiyotaka did better or something like that which resulted in the kids not getting a single praise for their efforts and eventually blamed Kiyotaka for their suffering

See what I mean, don't worry Chairman, I got most problems regarding that place covered. Gave back most of the money to the people who funded the white room and erased their memories of it. Gave the children back to where they rightfully call home, although some people I entrusted to Matsuo-san
