Chapter 27.

Meliodas and Gabriella were downstairs with the others and discussing plans on where Merlin and Escanor might be. Those were the last two sins they have to find.

And honestly Gabriella was not happy she always disliked Merlin because she was basically competition for Meliodas. What's not to like about her? She's sexy, a master of spells, and much better looking than Gabriella. She always felt jealous of Merlin and wasn't that great of friends with her.

Meliodas looked at the corner of his eye to see his wife face dropped with a sad look into her eyes.

"Gabby? What's wrong? Is it your heart?" He asked worry evident in his voice.

Gabriella shook her head as a few tears ran down her face. She couldn't help but cry thinking Merlin would try and take Meliodas from her.

She knows she's stupid to think that..... but it couldn't stop popping up in her mind.

"Hey now," Meliodas said causing Gabriella's eyes to widen when he wrapped his arms around her waist. "Your not upset because of Merlin are you?"

Gabriella stayed quiet as a blush formed on her cheeks. She began hysterically laughing as Meliodas tickled her sides.

"What made you think I want someone else other than you huh?" He asked grinning as Gabriella tried to pry her hands away from him but couldn't.

"I-I-I'm sorry Meli!" She said in between laughs.

"Can't hear you!"

"I'm sorry!" She said as Meliodas stopped as he grouped her boobs causing her to squeal.

"These babies are mine, and your mine, I would never want another woman especially someone like Merlin, your the only one for me!" He said grinning as a blush was on her face as he stopped grouping her.

Ban couldn't help but frown at the whole interaction. Despite his love for her, he sees how happy Meliodas makes her.

Maybe she doesn't suffer when she's with him. He's going to have to ask her later on.

NIGHT

Gabriella sighed as she went downstairs to get a drink.

"Can I ask you something?" The sound of Ban said startling her as she dropped the glass she had in her hand.

"Ughh Ban!"

"Sorry about that didn't mean to startle you," he said as they both went to clean up the mess.

"I know you told me to stay away from you but I want to ask this one thing,"

"What is it?" She asked not knowing that Meliodas was also coming down the stairs once he realized his wife was missing in his arms.

"Do you suffer when your around Meliodas? Do you ever wish that someone else would take his place?" Meliodas heard Ban ask as he couldn't help but listen in.

"No not at all. You see Ban, I love Meliodas with all of my hearts, even if we fight I still love him, even if we separate for a few days I continue to love him. Meliodas is all I have in my life and I never want him taken away from me, so no Ban I don't suffer when I'm with him. I'm in love with him just as he to me, nothing would ever change that no matter what kind of love spell you would put on me,"

Ban chuckled as he closed his eyes.

"No I'm done trying that on you, I can't force someone who doesn't love me to love me. I see how you and Meliodas are and when he thought he lost you he went insane. You can't live without each other and that's why....... That's why I have to let you go," Ban says grabbing both Gabriella's hands as his face was inches from hers.

"Gabriella Martinez, I will always love you, I will continue to love you, even if you never return my feelings you will still always be in my heart,"

"Ban-"

"Don't say anything. Just you being near me is enough,"

"Ban-" she tried again but her mouth was muffled when he placed his lips on hers.

Meliodas finally decided to show himself as Gabriella pushed Ban away and slapped him.

"YOU ASSHOLE! HOW COULD YOU?!"

"That was going to be the last thing before I leave you alone completely,"

"Ban," He heard Meliodas say as the two gasped when they saw him.

He was clenching his hands into fists as his eyes covered his hair.

"MELI! This isn't what it-"

"I know Gabriella, he forced his lips upon you, you don't have to explain, however," Meliodas said cracking his knuckles.

"I don't know how long it'll be before he gets it through his skull that you DONT LOVE HIM!" Meliodas shouted before Kicking Ban out of the tavern.
