Kyubey explained that he was a wish-granting creature from another dimension. He would grant me one wish but in exchange, I would have to become a magical girl.

"I can wish for anything?" I asked.

"Anything you want,' Kybuey responded.

I knew what I wanted to wish for already. I wanted Sho to be mine. That would make me the most popular girl in school. I didn't even hesitate.

"I wish to be Sho's girlfriend from my school," I told Kyubey.

"Very well," he responded.

I was beginning to glow. It felt like my soul was being drawn out of my body. That's when I saw it, my soul gem.

"It's so pretty," I smiled.

Kyubey gave me all the basic information I needed. He told me that my wish had been granted and I would see it in effect tomorrow.

The witches sounded like interesting opponents and I couldn't wait to fight them. Kyubey told me they caused all the misery in the world. In that case, I was more than happy to fight them. I was going to make the world a better place...
