Chapter 23
"Where am I?" I blinked.
I looked up to see a robotic teen staring at me. The robot blinked and I screamed.
"You're alive!" I gasped.
"Last time I checked," he responded.
That's when I noticed my clothes were in tatters, what happened to me?
"Where am I?" I asked him.
"The Bar With No Name, you were in wish witch form until I zapped you with some radion," he explained.
"What's your name?" the robot asked me.
"Olwen," I told him.
"I'm Skulker," the robot said offering a handshake.
"I need to do something," I told Skulker grabbing a knife from the kitchen.
I proceeded to cut my hair into a short bob. That's when the owner of the restaurant walked in.
"What's going on in here?" he asked.
"Deke, this girl is a wish witch-" Skulker began.
"This area is an employees-only area," Deke grumbled.
"If you give me food and shelter, I'll work here," I told him.
I refused to be on the streets!
"I do need a new waitress, we can try it," Deke smiled.
That's how I became a waitress at the bar with no name and began trading info with Skulker...
