Chapter 29
"I can't believe I missed it," Julian sighed.
"It wasn't that fun, I got sand all over me," I pouted.
"I don't like sand," I added jokingly.
"Please stop Flayn," Mercedes groaned.
We were walking to school.
"Hey guys, what'd I miss?" a familiar voice said.
I turned around to see Minmay smiling at us. She seemed much more relaxed than before.
"You seem calm," Mercedes said shocked.
"Don't worry Mercedes, I'm still struggling a bit," Minmay joked.
On the way, we started discussing developments from the previous day. As it turned out, Olwen and Freya would be living together now. Freya seemed happy while Olwen looked glum. However, my birthday was coming up. I couldn't wait to see what Daddy got me!
