Our trip to Santorini flew by pretty fast, and now we've been busy ever since. Between me expanding my business even more Kali rehearsing to co-star in her first movie, and Ro in the studio producing beats, our schedules have been hectic.
But tonight Skai hit me up, saying how she wanted a girl's night at her house so you know I had to pop up.
"Mommy, can I stay up and watch Moana?"Kali asked as I looked around for my keys. "Mhm if Ro let's, you baby. You finished cleaning your room?"
"Yes!" She smiled rocking back and forth. "So if I go up there and check it won't be any toys or pillows under your bed?"
"Uhhhhhh — mhm go finish it up," I said as she made her way upstairs.
"BAE," I yelled from the bottom of the stairs. "Waddup."
"Are my keys up there?"
"Yea holon." He said before coming down the stairs. "Don't be out too late nie."
"Yea yea whatever I gotta go," I said giving him a quick kiss as he handed me my keys. "Be safe."
"I will, I will."I said leaving out the door. Once I made it in my car I just clicked play and let whatever wanted to play play.
A once I made it to Skai's side of town I gotta call from her.
"I'm almost thereee." I said as soon as I answered. "I know, Lai asked if you can stop by the store for some sour worms or sum shit."
"SNAKE GIRL SNAKES."
"Snakes my bad." She laughed. "Aii stalker i'm turning my location off."
"Tuh girl the groupchat would kill you but anyways, see you in a bit." She said before hanging up. Once I pulled up to a red light I seen a Walgreens on the corner so I quickly turned in.
I walked in looking for the candy aisle grabbing two packs of Lai's candy and then some mini twix just because I wanted them.
