I gave Josh my address, and a few minutes later I heard a knock on my door and went to open it.

"hey Bassett."

"hey y/l/n." He said kissing the top of my head.

"come in, come in." I said as he came in.

"Y/n"

"What?" I asked.

"I went to the wrong apartment."

"You didn't." I burst out laughing as he laughed too.

"Oh y/n, it was horrible!! He was an angry old man." Josh over exaggerated.

"Oh, Mr. Rodgers. Yep, he's a grinch." I laughed.

"So what'd you want to do?"

"I was thinking we could bake? For Christmas? Since you are apparently a 'master baker'"

"Why did you say master baker in quotations? I am so the master baker."

"Ah, okay. Sorry for the confusion."

"That's okay...everyone makes mistakes." We both giggled as we walked to my kitchen.

"Y/n, we should've gone to my house. You have literally no baking things."

"No, I have a cookie pan, a bowl and the ingredients!"

"Yes but you don't have the PROFESSIONAL baking materials."

I laughed, "Okay 'master baker'" I sighed, "Do you wanna stream? Baking with bassett."

"More like baking with Master Baker Bassett."

"Oh my gosh, get over yourself Josh." I said, as we both laughed.

"We can stream. I think it'd be funny."

"Yes, it will be really funny." I started the stream and even though I didn't have a lot of followers I have gained quite a few between Josh and Gross. I'm glad it's not just because of Josh though. It's because of something I did.

"Hello everyone! I'm here with Joshua Bassett. By the way he's releasing a song on New Year's Eve. You should listen to that, because it will be amazing. Anyways, we are baking today, because Bassett here claims that he's a master baker and I wanted to see it in action." I said, monitoring to Josh.

"Scratch that y/n. I AM the master baker."

"We'll have to see."

"Okay y/n so first we have to put the mix into the bowl."

"Joshy, I thought master bakers don't need a mix!"

"well...I COULD do it without a mix...but of course I'm starting on a beginner level for you!"

"Ah, okay, definitely the case."

-a few minutes later-

"Josh, thank you for dropping the egg shell into the bowl and letting me fish it out."

"I knew you would want to, darling."

"yes...every girl dreams of fishing out eggshells from the cookie mix that her 'master baker' threw in there."

"I know you love doing that," he joked.

"You're walking on eggshells, Bassett."

"Oh, y/n. That's horrible! I always thought I would have the dad jokes." he laughed as he threw some mix that fell out of the bowl at me.

"ooo, Bassett it's on!!" I said as I threw some more at him.

We had our little, might I say, ADORABLE flour fight and finished our cookies. We had a live taste test.

"Hey, this isn't so bad!" I said. "It's hot though."

"Like you."

"Josh." I laughed and sighed. He's so stupid. It's so cute.

"Here I'll get you some milk." He said as he got some milk from the fridge and poured it in a cup. He chuckled, "You have a high school musical cup?"

"Yes I do, and I'm proud of it."

"Good, good." He handed me the milk in the hsm cup, and I drank it. I picked up a cookie, and put it in his mouth. He gave the camera a thumb's up, and I laughed. We ended that stream, and that's when I realized that stream had 31,000 views. "That was really fun y/n." Josh said as he pulled the cookie out of his mouth, and chewed it.

"Yeah Josh, thanks for doing that with me. Now I have cookies for Christmas."

He pouted, "Can I have some to take home?"

"Fine, just because you helped."

"Yay!!" I giggled as I got him some cookies to go home with. He kissed me on the forehead, getting a little bit of leftover cake mix on my head. "See you tomorrow?"

"Yes." I replied, happily.
