I realized that the Creme Republic wouldn't have existed if the Vanilla Kingdom was destroyed, meaning Espresso and Latte wouldn't have been teachers in the Parfaedia Institute. But I fixed it.
The Creme Republic still existed before Espresso went mad and destroyed the whole damn place. Because the residents of the Old Vanilla Kingdom still escaped on an Airship, just like Pure Vanilla didn't know there were survivors, Dark Vanilla didn't know about the Republic until after the Vanilla Kingdom was rebuilt. (Like seriously how long does it take to rebuild a kingdom and change the colors from Blonde to Red?)
The Creme Republic was made during this time, as they thought it was completely destroyed because there was no indication or word that the Kingdom was rebuilding itself until afterwards.
And thus the Creme Republic made a pact or became part of the Crimson Alliance. Until, Creme Republic was destroyed by Espresso and Almond.
This is why the residents' first option was the Crimson Kingdom, as the Crimson Kingdom, once Vanilla Kingdom was their original home, while others that were swayed by rumors of the kingdom fled.
Added bonus if the Republicans that were Sea-Faring were actually Sea Fairy's and that's why she's a guest in the Crimson Kingdom
