FORMERLY V D' YAVOL.
For as long as she can remember, Dream has been... dreaming. Very vividly. She saw how her childhood dog died two days before he actually did, so she had plenty of time to prepare herself-her words. She's been to plenty psycholo...

The black gun moved so quick through the air that I didn't even have time to process it fully. My mouth went dry as Kirill pulled the trigger back, and clenched his jaw so tight that I feared he'd snap the bone in half.
"Now, now," the man behind me said, and Kirill grabbed my wrist with his free hand and tugged me to his side, "is this how you welcome a guest, hm?"
Kirill growled out, "You are no guest in my house."
My gaze snapped to him, "You-you know him?" I questioned in a whisper, and Kirill's composure went even more rigid, if that was even possible. "Unfortunately," he mumbled, "yes."
Fiddling with the rings on his fingers, I asked, "How? How do you know him?"
It never occurred to me that both of these men looked so undeniably similar. I blinked my eyes a few times, to try and get the cloudiness to disperse, to see the shit I was in more clearly. Through clenched jaws, blue eyes and matching tattoos, the reality of this situation and relation finally set in. A drop of sweat dripped down my back, and my brain went completely silent.
"He's my brother,"
I craned my neck up to Kirill, then looked at the other man, then back at Kirill, and finally, lost my shit.
"What the fuck?" i whispered, and pushed Kirill's hand away from me. "You-you said you had a sister, only. You never said you had a brother! You lied to me?" my hands clneched into two balls in front of my body, shaking with the anger and stark betrayal that coursed through my body. Kirill's eyes found mine, but then looked in front of him again.
"Alexei Roman Ivanov," the voice was a deaf whisper in my ears. It casted a dark cloud at the corners of my eyes, and I suddenly felt very hot, and very fucking angry. I snapped my head to face the slightly shorter man, and felt a snarl tug at my top lip.
"You know me," i whispered, "you know who I am to your...brother,"
Alexei's corners spread into a knowing smirk, and I heard the menacing, deep voice swear out in colourful Russian, "Oh, yes," Alexei nodded, and put his hands into his pockets, "I know who you are, Dream Whittaker. I won't bore you with how, because I fear my brother might put a bullet between my eyes. I've wanted to meet you for a while now, but my brother has forbidden me from getting within a hundred feet of you,"
Dark, pearly eyes flashed in my direction, and I noticed his hand shaking as he grasped the gun tighter, his gaze was almost apologetic, yet I did not feel as though i wanted to accept his apology. He lied to me about his brother, what else did he lie to me about?
"Now," Alexei caught my attention as he stepped forward, "i've met you, and you've met me. I must admit, Dreamy, i didn't expect you to actually pick me up. I thought you'd just drive past, then tell my brother here about what your pretty brown eyes saw. I was gladly surprised when I came to, and realised i was sitting in my brothers home,"
