Lady Lilias Rose Craven

Lady Lilias Rose Craven is the only daughter of Lord Colin and Lady Mary Craven, and she was born in 1951 in Yorkshire, England but she was far from the young English woman that her father and mother expected.

Lady Lilias Rose was sent to the same finishing school that Lady Mary attended and at the age of 18 she was dressed in a white dress and presented to Queen Elizabeth II at Kenniston Palace with Lady Mary presenting her.

Lady Mary dressed Lady Lilias Rose in a Victorian White dress that was simple but beautiful as she valued simplicity in dress unlike the rest of the mothers that were presenting their daughters at their coming out party

Lady Lilias Rose Craven the eye of Lord John Devereux and Lord William Seymour who both had sons of marriageable ages, but both asked Lord Colin what kind of dowry he was offering for the hand of his daughter.

Lord Collin looks at Lord Devereux and Lord Seymour and tells them " I have a substantial dowry to offer the right gentleman. You must understand that my daughter is a free spirit, and I must find her the right gentleman."  

"My son, Lord Richard Devereux is two years older than your daughter and she would be marrying into a very good family." Lord Devereux explains.

Lord Colin is introduced to Lord Richard Devereux, but he isn't sure that Lady Lilias Rose will even take an interest him and Lord William Seymour explains, " My son, Lord Roger Seymour, is only one year older than Lady Lilias Rose
