A/N: Sorry to leave you hanging! Here's the next part which will hopefully answer some of the questions about Cha Mi-jo, but I did not want to rush the resolution so please bear with me on this.

Lastly, there's also a crossover to the After Dark series so if you haven't read it, consider this as me promoting that fic of mine. Hehe!

Hoon and his best friend, Uju, were roasting marshmallows under the watchful eyes of their fathers.

"This is so nice!" Hoon said. "Next time, my Eomma will join us and it will be even happier!"

Uju chuckled. "You're really happy to have an Appa?"

"I am! He's the best," Hoon told Uju. "He takes really good care of me and my Eomma."

Park Dae-sik and Lee Ik-jun, Uju's father, were seated at the back listening to the conversation of the children. Lee Ik-jun turned to his side and told the agent, "It's nice to see Cha Hoon like this. I recall Uju telling me he was worried whenever there were father-son activities in school and he would see sadness in Hoon's eyes."

"Uju has a kind heart," Dae-sik commented. "You raised him well."

"Thank you. You're doing a great job with Hoon."

"I try. I see him worry sometimes when I'm late or when I don't visit him because of work, so I have to work extra hard to assure him that I will always come back to him," Dae-sik admitted.

Lee Ik-jun was aware of Hoon's situation, about his early childhood and that his Appa and Eomma were in a relationship but unmarried. From what Ik-jun could tell though, Park Dae-sik was a good man and no one could ask for a better father for Cha Hoon.

When both men turned back to the children, Hoon was smiling brightly. "He's the best Appa, Mr. Lee. I'm the luckiest boy."

"I'm the luckiest Appa," Dae-sik copied, making Hoon grin.

"Is my marshmallow okay now, Appa? Can we put it in the cookie?" Hoon asked. Dae-sik helped him then blew it to make sure Hoon didn't burn his tongue when he tasted it. "Yum! We should make this for Eomma when we go home, Appa."

"Sure," Dae-sik agreed.

Just then, Cha Mi-jo video called to check on them. "How are you guys? It's so quiet here at home," she complained.

"We made s'more, Eomma!" Hoon told her.

"S'mores," Dae-sik corrected gently. "Hoon roasted the marshmallow with Uju. The boys are having so much fun."

"We are!" Hoon yelled. Because he was hugging Dae-sik's neck, Dae-sik covered his ears from Hoon's shout making the boy laugh. "Will you come here, Eomma? We miss you, Eomma!"
