A/N: I'm still trying to find time to finish all the edits on one prompt and then post The Breakup Playlist, not sure if anyone is still reading this but I am grateful to those who are. Who knows? Maybe when I'm done with it Harbin and SYJ's new project will be out 😂.

Til then, let me slowly dip back into writing with this quick fic.

On this, I use "little bean" or "lovey" because I read on the timeline that "ALKONG" could mean both of these.

She watched as his little hand gripped her smallest finger as he quietly slept in her arms.

He has been out in this world for almost six months now and sometimes she would still find herself amazed that this was her life now. "He'd soon be ready for solid foods," his pediatrician told them at their last check up.

"Already? It might be too soon? Won't he choke on the small bits?" Her husband asked worriedly. The doctor proceeded to tell them how they could ease their little bean on this transition. Of course, the love of her life took notes. He literally took notes - with a pen and small notebook.

She chuckled at the memory.

He first started doing this when they confirmed she was pregnant, with his long, beautiful fingers and intricate handwriting he jotted down everything the doctor said they needed to do — vitamins, what to watch out for, how much exercise is okay, when to call the doctor... everything. Their doctor was thankfully very patient as they were both first time parents and naturally excited and anxious.

When they saw the doctor, they were informed that she was 8 weeks along and she couldn't help but roll her eyes at her husband's smug face.

They already suspected she was because she was increasingly dizzy and sometimes felt nauseous. What was most striking was her sensitivity to scent that there were certain food items she normally liked that she could no longer stand during those early months.

They were still on a high from their long-awaited wedding and enjoyed being home with each other and just... well, doing what newlyweds did. They both were on a break from work for a month now and majority of their time was spent with each other planning the ceremony and the honeymoon and making a list of other places they wanted to travel to. Of course, they both knew plans could change especially if they had a child but they still made a list.

Then, they made love.

Ever since they became official, they knew they wanted to become parents. Her husband knew it from way back when he was younger and even showed her his collection of little shoes that he had been collecting over the years for his future son. She was more hesitant, unsure of that maternal instinct in her. But then she met her sister's children and part of her felt like she was willing to consider the idea.

Then, she met him.

She was adamant that they conceived during their first night as a married couple. "Don't you remember how many times we did it?" She insisted over dinner.

"How can I forget? You were insatiable!" He replied with a smile in his face. "I always thought I was more attracted to you than you were to me but that night... whoa!" She blushed at his expression because she knew they were both thinking about the same memory. "Still, I'm right! I put a baby in you on Ri Jeong Hyeok's birthday."

Valentine's Day.

They had already announced their plans to marry and her most recent series was also done filming. As usual, he prepared a romantic dinner for them to congratulate her on her recent work. "You really are such a great actress. You capture my heart everytime," he said, taking her hand and clasping it in his as they lounged on her sofa.
