Part four:meeting the family

I woke up before Catarina did and I was kinda glad about that actually,see she was looking adorable with her entire body on top of mine her legs on either side of my waist and arms around my neck her head was really snugly underneath my chin I could smell her floral shampoo and her floral perfume.Her hair was really soft and curly today she had a red hair bow which i unclipped because it was digging into my neck and that wasn't very comfortable for me.

I had one arm wrapped around her waist and one behind her knee which was at my hip.I softly ran my thumb in circles over her thick black stockings.She had a really light body weight as I didn't really feel pressure from her being on my chest.As I was reading on my phone she moved one arm from my neck and to my chest next to her face and her petite hand grasped into my shirt.Her hand was an extremely light shade of porcelain and looked even paler with her long nails painted black with a little plastic red bow on her ring fingers. God did she plan out her nails to match her outfit?And her hair,who the hell does that?.God I needed a cigarette and God I'm smoking a lot now.Im hungry too,real question cigarette or lunch.Ill probably see if Cat is hungry or not as it has been around 4 hours now.I looked down at her as she started to move around a bit she then opened her dark green eyes slowly blinking them open and her button nose twitched slightly and she moved her head so she could look at me.

"What time is it?"she said her voice so high and quiet it was almost inaudible to my ear."Around three what time do you need to be home?"I asked in curiosity not that I wanted her to leave my house as she gave me a rather calming effect.She looked up at me with a smirk almost asking "what?you think I'm a little kid with a bedtime or something" or maybe if she was slightly offended "oh so you want me to leave?ok you're the depressed mess that I had to babysit" even though I doubted the last one she looked up and said

"I don't have a certain time but if you're completely ok I can go now I'll just call ash to pick me up"she said quickly sitting up and standing on the ground starting to lace up her bright red doc martens and I looked at her and said

"Want to get something to eat?" It was a simple question that held many possible answers,maybe she would be creeped out or find my attempt creepy."I'll call ashton to let him know" she said grabbing her phone from the and going through her contacts I assume I studied her phone case the words "I'll make better mistakes tomorrow" in red lettering on a black background.with a little red bow plug in where the headphones would go."hey ash" she said lifting the phone to her head."is it ok if I go out to lunch with Luke?" She said fumbling with her bottom lip "Hemmings,yeah the blonde from the bridge"I heard a muffled voice from the other side of the line Cats voice was smoother and quieter than how she normally would talk."Luke how old are you?" She said looking at me "I'm uh eighteen"I said laughing a bit "he's eighteen" she said mumbling the last part."you're not serious are you?"she said laughing "ok fine we will all go out then like a big dysfunctional family"she then hung up the phone "so uh yeah ashton wants to meet you so we're going to all meet up at wine house 101 is that ok?" She said looking down it was kind of weird for me but I didn't really mind that I just wanted to know who the hell ashton was "so who the hell is Ashton?" I asked

She looked at me and said "Ashton Irwin.He's my cousin"and I stood up and started searching for a shirts and jeans.
"Irwin.isnt he's in a gang or something"

"You ignorant man it's the mafia.God there is such a difference"she said almost laughing and almost offended.
"Sorry I don't know much. About the dark underworld Cat"I said grabbing a pair of black skinny jeans and a black greenday shirt and a red and black flannel I grabbed my combat shoes and told her to leave the room whilst I changed.After I did that I left and went to the bathroom to start on my hair,she was watching me and joking around.I grabbed me keys and looked at her "do you know how to get to the restaurant?"she looked at the ground as she closed the front door behind her.

"Yeah I'll give you directions." And she then opens the pass ever side door to my black truck and I got in and looked over "seatbelt come one safety first love" she looked over as she went to buckle the seat belt in "you don't need to worry I'll be fine honestly" she said and although I know the statement wasn't meant to be taken as though there was a deeper meaning behind the phrase.She reach forward to the stereo as I started driving put out of my subdivision .I could hear her going through the stations trying to find something good enough to listen to and she finally decided on the old age punk and rock and roll Station which happened to be my favorite .My favorite blink-182 song came on which happened to be first date and it wasn't awkward because this isn't a date.At least I don't think it is it would be seriously ok if it was .I looked over as Catarina who was getting into it and if she knew the lyrics I would be seriously proud of her as the singer starts she turns to me with a pastel blush coating her pale cheeks and sang with the lyrics

In the car I just can't wait
To pick you for our very first date
Is it cool if I hold your hand(she then reached for mine and grasped it,now I was the one fighting to keep a blush off of my face.)

Is it wrong if I think it's lame to dance?
Do you like my stupid hair(she sang this whilst lifting her red ends up and as though to ask if I like her "stupid" hair

Would you guess that I didn't know what to wear?

She started laughing and giving me a smile and I couldn't help but smile back at her.she tucked her short legs up to her chest and wrapped her arms around her shins tightly.She was humming to the song and giving directions finally we pulled up to a restaurant called "wine house 101" it was classy but not over the top and it was nice actually I positioned my hand on the small of Cats back as to lead her to the door and I noticed some men staring at her not so subtly checking her out i tightened my grip on her as she was with me right now and we went to the steel and brass I opened it and let her come in first before me and she went to the front where the hosted sat in all black
"I'm here with a man named irwin" she said the lady nodded and Lead us back where the same man from the bridge sat in an all black Armani suite with black combat boots and leather gloves on the table next to.Ge stood up and hugged Car and then looked to me.He was a few inches shorter and had his thick curly dark blonde hair down,parted down the side."My name is ashton Irwin" he said reaching out and extremely large hand then grabbed mine and gave me a very firm handshake.

"Luke hemmings" I said as we sat down.He talked about his card and the love he has for them but not once mentioned anything mafia related or anything about his or Cats parents so I decided not to ask.The waitress came and tried hard to get Ashton's attention but he wouldn't give her the time of day as he said "I don't have time to mess around with crack addicts" and when I asked how he knew she was an addict he just looked at me then cat and said "trust me I just do" and I decided not to push that any farther and after Cat got black coffee(whilst comparing it to her heart) and a salad I got water and some random sand which because not ordering anything was rise suspicions and I didn't need to explain shit to them right now,Ashton got some soup and coke.He asked about my family and all until he said

"Why are you Talking to Catarina?" I sat there thinking and said
"She doesn't judge?" Like that was simple he nodded an said he agreed with that statement.
We got the checks and I argued with ashton until he let me pay for the check and he looked over at Cat and said "keep this one around please" it was around 6:30 when we walked out of the restaurant and he was apparently bringing Cat him and I said goodbye as watched as the walled to a mustang GT that was neon red with black detailing.I watched them drive out of the parking lot then went home.
