Fun fact, originally the Tauros in strike we're gonna be split into 5 in Physical and the others in Special, but that ruins the purpose of the sync move since it's a physical move.
Why yes, Lapras can't learn Soak, I just thought it would be funny to give it, like how Bulbasaur knows Dig. Expect some more Pokémon with moves they can't learn.
