"What do you mean by I'm the owner?" I said while trying my best to look clueless.
"You've never seen a magician never seen a scared beast... What rock have you been living under?" Lucas said while holding blacky
"You must be the direct desndenst of royal blood juging by your eyes... You're the daughter of kyilum right?" Lucas asked
"No that's not my Papa's name. My Papa's name is claude de alger obelia!" I answered
"As expected I must have fallen asleep longer than I thought" Lucas said while looking like he solved some kind of puzzle.
"So claude is the name of the current emperor. Quite a weird name for royalty. Sounds like he's parents didn't loved him" Lucas said.
Suddenly Lucas grabbed my chin and started staring at me. His expression was like a person who found a new species of animal. I don't even know how to explain it in words.
"You're really interesting more interesting than anything I've seen in centuries. I could make you my pet" he said with a scary expression on his face.
Why is everything so much different than the real novel. I don't want to stay in this world. I said in my head.
"You don't look like you're favoured by the emperor since you look so malonrished and poor. Even maids wear better clothing than what you're wearing right now." He said while looking at me from head to toe.
How can he say that about my dress. This was the first gift lily bought for me. I remembered she tried her best to save enough money for my birthday present. I looked at Lucas with anger.
He ignored my angry face and said" I could provide you with the most beautiful dresses and the most delicious food. I could even buy you a gold leash. It would suite your golden hair"
