Ilham e mohabbat

At morning
Alamgir got up rubbing his forehead. Suddenly, his gaze fell on Adifa who was tied to bed by his belt and bleeding down there. He got shocked and tried to wake her up but all in vain then he sprinkled water on her face she opened her eyes a little bit. He started caressing her face saying

"Adifa you are fine right? What did I do? I am so disgusting. Why I am like this? I hate myself for hurting you. You are in pain because of me. I am so sorry. I should die"
He was crying continuously

"Ahh it's hurting Alam"
She started crying

"We should go to the hospital. Come let's go"
He wiped his tears and got dressed. He dressed her but she was still bleeding he was trying hard to control himself he picked her up who was rolling on the bed out of pain. Nobody was awake at that time he parked the car in front of the hospital and took her inside in his arms.

"Doctor, please check my wife she's feeling extreme pain"
He said entered the emergency ward and everyone was looking at them with admiration seeing his care towards his wife except for judgemental aunties.

"Please lay her down I will check her."
He placed her on the bed and pulled the curtains so nobody can see her. The doctor was confused at his action but got her answer when she asked adifa

"Where are you feeling pain"
Adifa pointed down there while sobbing

"Shift her to the gyne ward"
She said to Alamgir who picked her up and moved towards the gyne ward. Every bed was covered with curtains. He placed her on the bed and pulled the curtains

"Go outside I have to check her"

"No Alam stay with me"
She said holding his hand

Adifa was feeling embarrassed but embarrassment was not more than pain so she didn't stop the doctor. After checking her up she gave a disappointing look to Alamgir and asked Adifa

"What's your age?"

"Just turned eighteen"
Alamgir replied instead

The doctor gave her treatment and asked Alamgir to come with her

"What do you think the wife is?"
She asked with one eyebrow raised

"Sorry"

"Give me an answer is she an animal, a slave, a prostitute. The wife is not just for this reason. You raped such a young girl just because she's your wife. Shame on you. You are a shame on the name of husband. A husband is supposed to care for his wife to protect her and love her not rape her. Go to hell."
He was not able to look up

He took her home the whole day she was surrounded by family. They were taking care of her but she was looking for Alamgir. She loved Alam so much and was well aware of his anger issues it wasn't his fault he has extreme anger issues he used to take medicine for this reason but yesterday he didn't take it because of extreme anger and raped her. She saw him trying hard to control himself he even stopped and opened the drawer to take out medicine but hovered over her again due to anger. She even noticed him crying at night and rubbing his forehead saying
"Why did you lied Adifa? Why?"
It was both of their fault not just his. On the other hand, Alamgir was sitting in the farmhouse cutting his arm continuously.

"Everyone is right I am psycho people don't like me don't deserve to live. Why don't I die Allah? I wanna go to mama only she understands me. I raped her. Her. My Adifa my love. I didn't do it intentionally Allah you know right. I was trying to stop myself but I couldn't. Why I am like this? Sorry Allah sorry"
He felt a hand on his shoulder and turned to see his baba standing there. He immediately wiped his tears and stood up preparing himself for a good beating but he kissed his forehead saying
