"Heyam babe get up"
Burhan kissed her forehead while caressing her hair looking at her lovingly laying beside her but he felt her body very  hot

"Noor"
He patted her cheeks woeriedly. He always considered Heyam the light of his life and told her this last night

"Baby I am getting worried"
Burhan sat on the bed and took the glass of water from side table and sprinkled water on her face. Heyam still didn't move. Burhan noticed how she was drinking water time to time last night with shivering hands while sobbing and when he asked her if she's okay she nodded yes controlling her tears but her trembling hiccuping body was showing something else. But whenever Burhan asked her she only nodded yes assuring him she was alright

"Heyam please baby don't do this"
Burhan said helplessly with teary eyes patting her cheeks

He made her wear a shalwar kameez and draped a big shawl on her covering her face. Burhan picked her up in his arms and ran outside in the same clothes he wore last night. As he was crossing by the lounge he saw all of the women sitting in the lounge. He saw them looking at him but he didn't stop

"Burhan stop. What happened? Where are you taking her? And why are your clothes not pressed"
Rubina Khan asked worriedly

"Can't answer it now Dadi Jaan. I will talk later"
Burhan ran outside ignoring his mother and Khala who were calling him

During the whole ride to the hospital, Burhan kept asking Allah for her health as he considered himself responsible for her condition. As soon as they reached the hospital Burhan picked her into his arms and ran inside forgetting every rule. He made her lie down in the emergency ward and pulled the curtains not before ordering the nurse to call the doctor who obliged her Sardar asap

The doctor came and after knowing the reason she did some blood tests and an ultrasound. She gave some injections to Heyam. The doctor was running here and there while panicking as the patient was none other than Sardar's wife. Heyam gained consciousness making Burhan sigh in relief and thank Allah

"Han (Khan)"
She looked at him tiredly with tears in her eyes

"Baby, are you okay?"
He asked caressing her hair

Heyam nodded no with tears rolling down her eyes holding Burhan's hand. Burhan could feel her hand's light grip

"What happened, baby?"
Burhan asked lovingly sitting beside her and wiping her tears

Heyam started crying before she could reply doctor entered. Seeing her Burhan got up from the bed

"Oh you're up Khanum"
The doctor smiled at her lovingly

"How are you feeling"
She asked checking her BP which was very low

"Not good"
Heyam murmured

"Hmm I will give you a drip and then you will be fine inshAllah"
She said respectfully

"What happened to her?"
Burhan asked the doctor still worried

"Umm can I please talk to h her or your m mother"
The doctor asked while stuttering

"I am her husband you can tell me"
Burhan said coldly glaring at the doctor but Heyam held his hand and nodded no making him sigh

"Sardar Saeen your wife is suffering from endometriosis in which tissues similar to the lining of the uterus grow outside the uterus which causes the same deep pain during interaction I am sorry but it will only end after her menopause"
The doctor gulped and informed him controlling her shivering body making both of them shocked
