Just a warning, though, I think most of these are for AO3 and canon x canon fics. Which is why some of my answers are "uhhhh I dunno?"
1. Which of your fics would you keep the basic plot of but rewrite completely?
Hm...I'm actually very happy with how all of my current fics are going. That I can think of, while it's not up at the moment, is Onierdynia. I love, love, love the idea. I just feel like I took on too much at the time, making it feel bulky and hard to enjoy writing.
While I plan to keep the basic idea, I think I will be re-working a lot of things.
2. Anything that you like to write but feel like you're unable to?
To be honest, I have a lot of ideas that I want to write, but really can't because I just lack the time. I might start writing some of them in draft, so I have them written but don't feel obligated to updated them all the time, but I still feel bad about it.
3. How would you describe your writing style?
Uhhh I don't actually know, lmao. Detailed?? Sometimes?? I dunno, how would you describe my writing?
