not an update but a day of loss and a day to grieve

Today is a sad day. For many of my fellow Americans we have lost rights today. In the aftermath of this ruling we have went back in time and have slid back down the hill of progression. You may feel lost, hopeless and devastated, but know this. You are not alone.

We need to stand together. Comfort those that need it and offer our strength to the ones who are tired. Only together can we bear this storm and fight for a better future. Reguardless of your beliefs on abortion weather it is right or wrong we all have lost something. This goes beyond that. This is about our rights to our own bodies. Our rights to choose what we want for ourselves. The rights we should have by just being alive in this world. So take this day to grieve.

Take this day to process this. And when you are ready help those who are still hurting. Uplift them so that when they are also ready to fight for their future they are not alone. If any of you need someone to talk to, I am here. Use this chapter's comment section as a way to support one another. I hope that it can become a safe space for all those who are seeking haven.

I may not be a huge author on this app. I may not have a massive following but I can provide a safe space for those who need it. I am a woman who may not be as affected as everyone else but I am still an American woman who can see the devastation this has wrought for those who are. I can lend my support and my comfort to those who need it.
