#1 I know that we don't see 'Special Agents' in Shield, but given that all other agencies have them, I would put them in this. With higher levelled agents, like Clint, Phil, Melinda. Basically, anyone that's level 7 clearance and above. Which does mean that Nat and Steve don't qualify as they are only level 6.
#2 NCIS timeline change. Just to line things up, NCIS events happen 3 years later than their timeline. Kelly Gibbs would have been born in 1985 instead of 1982. This will pick up during season 6 of NCIS, set in 2011 instead of 2008. Just because NCIS started a lot earlier than the MCU. Kelly and Shannon's deaths in 1991, has to take place that year due to Gibbs being part of Desert Storm. So Kelly was only 6 when she died instead of 8.
