Two years later...

It was just quietness surrounding 000 and 001. The piercing blue eyed nineteen year old always tried to have a conversation with the girl he knew, but it always backfired into her completely ignoring him. Or worse, using her powers on him.

After that confession she told to Henry, their friendship went to being acquaintances. The kids knew they had something. They had a past and it was true.

All the memories they've shared were gone like it was erased. The two would pass by and have a single glance that could've ended everything. Their fingers brushing as they walk. But no amount of words could even be processed to talk again.

They were almost like strangers. Just a couple of strangers with a past that could be one of heartfelt or one of heartache. The thing is that Cordelia only wanted to collapse in Henry's arms and say everything she has always been wanting to say for years. But it was too late for that now.

These past two years, Cordelia had gotten even more stronger. She would hardly sleep at night since she would be up attempting plans on how to escape this hell hole. But also grow her powers more in secret.

Cordelia had discovered things that didn't seem capable to the human eye. She could enter one's mind and mess with it. She could put one in their worst memory. Put words in their mind, have her gain control of them.

She knew the energy and power she has. She knew that all of what she went through was meant to be of some purpose.

000, Cordelia... she was meant of a higher purpose. One where she was to be used as the hidden experiment. To be used as the variable in these experiments. Kids just like her. With the same power due to tests that had to be done on 000. The blonde haired nineteen year old girl finally knew what she had to do. What her purpose was.

The purpose of Monstrosity. She was meant to be a weapon. A monster. And that was soon crawling inside of her, ready to snap at any given moment... and that's what happened.

"What have you done? What have you done?!" Dr. Martin Brenner said as he looked at the great monstrosity in front of him.

Snaps of bones, blood painted the walls and floor, dead bodies all over the place. The lights flickered as Cordelia tilted her head to the side.

Guards swarmed the room as they were too in shock from this. The experiments with power just like her... all laid dead on the floor. No sign of life in any of them. Scratches that were almost like claw marks appeared on the dead children's skin.

The other experiments, ones that hold the same power as Henry, rushed in as the guards and Brenner stopped them to keep them safe. Henry pushed his way through as he stood next to Brenner.

Cordelia turned around to face where everyone stood in utter disgust and fear. Her eyes of a crimson red with black veins under her eyes. She breathed heavily as her eyes went back to their original brown color.

Cordelia saw the mess she had caused. The chaos. She saw the look in Henry's eyes that brought true pain to her. But there was a hint of curiosity and evil in his eyes.

Cordelia was frozen. Blood dripped down her nose as well as her ears and eyes. The blonde haired girl felt a huge amount of pain all over her body as her eyes rolled to the back of her, causing her to faint.

Henry ran over and caught her. He brushed the now long blonde hair of Cordelia's out her face. Doesn't this feel like deja vu?

"I'm sorry, 000- Cordelia! I just did what I had to do that day! I don't know if you'll hear this... but I did that for you. And- this is stupid but you're the reason I'm still here... alive."

Henry cried with these words put in Cordelia's mind. The heart is something that we should take ahold of more. Protect it with all we have. The heart tends to break more than anyone could possibly think. And that's what Henry feels at this moment.
