"You look nice." Vinny complimented.
"You know I don't like dresses.." Vinnae sighed and rolled their eyes.
"It's our 18th birthday. We should look nice."
"Well, if you insist that be the rule, you dress up."
"Vinnae. Cmon, at least wear the dress for a couple hours."
"I don't want to."
"Vin, I think you should wear it just for a little bit. Vinny worked hard to get the dress for you." Elizabeth assured, wrapping her arm around Vinnae. But they refused.
"Just let me do what I want to do. Would it kill you? " Vinnae snapped.
"Please just wear it. Elizabeth is right. Plus, it's Vinny's birthday too." Charlie interrupted.
Vinnae grinded their teeth. They stared deeply at Charlie. Talk about anger issues.
"Fine." They pouted. Then stomped off to the other side of the room. Vinny rented a whole house for this... Where they got the money? I have no idea.
Hours later, guests started to arrive. The party finally started. Oh no. These poor people don't know what they're getting into.
"Hey, Charlie, do you know where Vinnae is?" Vinny tapped Charlie on the shoulder.
"Right where they've always been." He pointed to the back of the room at Vinnae reposed against the wall holding a drink.
"Great. Do you think you could possibly talk to them? You know, get along for once?" Vinny smiled.
"You're joking, right?" Charlie snorted.
"No, I'm not. Please Charlie, you guys always fight. I want you two to be friends. For my birthday present."
"I'll go talk to them, but I swear, if they bring up your mom again as an excuse I'm leaving."
"I'll talk to them if they do."
"Great."
And with that, we thrust forward to our favorite kardashians. Get it? From the other story-? Oh. You didn't read it. Well.. Vinnae and Charlie never get along to put it in that way. Vinnae doesn't want Charlie dating Vinny, they think he's taking Vinny from them. Anyway..
"What do you want." Vinnae rolled their eyes again.
"Well, you see I would've normally stayed away from you.-"
"Get to the point."
"Right. Vinny wants us to be friends."
"Is that a joke? If so, you're a terrible comedian."
"No. It's not a joke. Vin, this whole party is for you. Don't you think you could just give Vinny one thing in return?"
"Are you kidding? First of all, don't call me 'Vin'. You don't have that right. And second, that's Vinny's fault. They know parties like these...Aren't really my type of thing." To be fair, they're right for the most part. Vinnae's ideal party is a small gathering judging pornographies and illegally drinking and making out. Not exactly the party you bring your brother to.
"I really hope I don't know what that means. Anyways. Please, Vinnae. Just be friends with me. We don't even have to talk that much."
"Not a chance. You can go and tell Vinny I won't talk to you ever again as long as I don't have to be your friend." Vinnae declined.
"Very well then." Charlie turned away, towards Vinny.
"...Vinny.." Charlie whispered in fear.
"What is it, Charlie? You seem scared.."
"It's Vinnae. They started bringing up your mom... And how they killed her.. And they said if I don't leave they'll do the same to me... I... I don't feel safe!" Charlie whimpered. What an asshole. That's not what Vinnae said at all!! LIAR! LIAR!
