Chapter 7 Charlie x Vinny Recognition

     "Oh..Yeah..Okay." Charlie smiled awkwardly and stood up.

     "Great." Vinny stumbled up the stairs, Charlie following close behind.

     "So, what did you want to talk about?" Charlie stuffed the velvet box into his pocket and caught up to Vinny.

     "I don't think it's the right time to be engaged, or to even celebrate that to be exact. I'm under a lot of stress..with all the murders and knowing who's at fault for it..It's making me want to just rip my hair out and stomp on it." Vinny held their head low, watching their feet drag as they stepped forward solemnly down the hallway. You know, it really isn't the time to be honest.

     "I know that. But that doesn't mean I can't try- I love you, Vinny. More than anyone else. I don't know how else to express that than to propose to you." Charlie rested his arm on Vinny's shoulder.

     "We just cant right now..It's not fair to everyone else to just say we're getting married when everyone is grieving because of my foolish behavior." Vinny lifted Charlie's arm off. Charlie stopped in his tracks and placed his arm in front of Vinny, causing them to come to a halt. They tripped and almost fell, but Charlie caught them, putting his arms around Vinny. They blushed, and bit their lip.

     "Do you love me?" Charlie cupped Vinny's face. He stared into Vinny's eyes in a serious manner.

     "Of course I do, what do you mean?" Vinny stared back anxiously. "Are you breaking up with me?" Vinny frowned.

     "Of course not." Charlie pat their head. "If you love me..then why are you hesitant about marriage? Who cares about your friends or sister..We're getting older..We're almost in our 20s now, we should get married now so we can spend the rest of our lives together. Don't wait another second to say yes, Vinny. I know you, and I know you dont give a shit about what Lukey thinks or what Lara or Alec thinks.." Charlie inched Vinny closer to him.

     "What are you doing.." Vinny sighed, placing their arms on Charlie's back.

     "I'm loving you. Please say yes so I can continue loving you.."

     "Not until you can prove it's worth making everything worse down there."

     "If that's what you wish." Charlie smiled, pressing his lips against theirs and caressing Vinny's waist highlighting their every curve. Vinny broke free of Charlie and pinned him to the wall.

     "Woah woah woah, what do we have here?" Charlie grinned.

     "I'm top, always." Vinny drawled with a smug look on their face. Pft. Yeah, right.

     "Just this once, I suppose."

     Vinny placed their hands on Charlie's waist and rubbed upwards. They made their way to his arms and gently threw off his jacket. Seriously? Why is it always sex? Is it just a Viloca thing, or...

     Charlie unbuckled Vinny's belt and yanked off their jeans. Vinny chuckled and unzipped Charlie's with one hand, the other supporting his cheek as they kissed him. They bent down to bite off Charlie's underwear and rose back to their feet. They lifted Charlie's shirt off, it had the same fate the jacket had. Vinny drew closer to Charlie,...Okay.      Ah! Welcome back. Where did we leave off..ah, yes. They were having sex. Well I assume they're done..right? Okay sorry, I know you're not here for me- SIGH such fake friends I swearrrr. Anyways..

     Dripping in sweat and hyperventilating, Vinny laid down next to Charlie and cuddled him.

     "God, you were horrible!" Charlie joked, wrapping his arm around Vinny

     "Shut up." Vinny groaned and slapped him softly.

     "So...about the proposal." Charlie sat up and placed Vinny's head on his lap. He smirked and stroked their hair.

     "Okay, okay. You gotta do it properly. I'm not accepting your marriage proposal naked on the floor."

     "Fair enough." Charlie lifted himself up and dressed himself. He handed Vinny their clothes and waited until they were fully clothed and ready. He knelt down and opened the box, containing a shiny, icy diamond ring.

     "Vinny, you are my light. You tell me how great life is without even knowing it, you're so strong and handsome and intelligent. I wouldnt want to marry anyone else.." Charlie took in a deep breath. "Will you marry me?"

     "Yes, of course!" Vinny smiled widely and cried. They hugged Charlie tightly when he got up and kissed him while laughing. Wow this whole chapter has been about these bitches, how's that for Charlie x Vinny recognition? No cliffhanger either! You're welcome, Sabrina.
