May and Chifuyu pans their head in union towards the direction of the humming sound which is coming from a little girl with her hair tied in pigtails that is sitting at a table at the corner of the room. Colour pencils with papers are scattered all over the surface of the table. The little girl who seems to be busy drawing on the paper, accidentally knocks one of the coloured pencil off the table, resulting it to fall on the ground. "Ah." She exclaims in shock when hearing the sound of the colour pencil drops on the floor. Before the little girl makes a move, she sense a figure in front of her as she looks up to see May with her hair sticking out from her black hat. With a warm smile on her face to make the little girl feel comfortable, May states. "Here you go."

The little girl stares at her for a while before reaches out her small hand and grab the colour pencil that May helped to pick up from the floor. Without saying anything, the little girl proceed to draw. Realizes that the little girl might be shy around people, May look over to what the little girl is drawing. "What are you drawing there?" May asked the little girl with a gentle voice. The little girl stops and points her drawing with the colour pencil in her grip. "This is mom, dad and me." The little girl explained, pointing each of the characters that she is drawing to May who is impressed by the little girl's drawing.

Chifuyu who is witnessing the interaction between May and the little girl by the side, also takes a peek of the drawing and notices something familiar. "Are you the daughter of the owner of this shop?" Chifuyu asked. The little girl nods her head in respond to his question. No wonder why her looks kind of resembles Mrs. Ayumi. May thought to herself. Tapping sounds can be heard as May and Chifuyu noticed that the little girl is struggling what to draw next. Seems like the little girl is struggling with art blocks, May decided to lend a hand to the little girl. "How about filling the empty space with you house? You can also add some sun and clouds too." May suggested pointing at the blank space. Visualising how the drawing will be, the little girl nods her head as she takes out more colour pencils and starts drawing a house.

"Mind if I lend a hand? I will draw the sun and clouds for you." May asked the little girl politely. The little girl who is surprised that May wants to help her a bit, shyly nods her head in respond. May smiles and takes a seat at the opposite side, putting down the paint aside and grabs a colour pencil on the table and helps the girl to draw what she suggested earlier. Chifuyu stands by the side, watching the two draw together while he couldn't help but feel warmth in his chest by their cute interaction. Never thought May would have a soft spot for little kids. Chifuyu thought to himself, smiling at them as he also decided to suggest something that he has in mind. "How about adding a cat here too?" Chifuyu points at the drawing. Thinking that he just lend a hand by suggesting his idea to the little girl, she replies. "But I don't have a pet cat." Chifuyu could feel his hopes crushed into pieces after hearing his idea got rejected. With the expression written all over his face, May couldn't help but to stiffle because of the boy's expression, making him noticed that she is laughing at him. "That must hurt." May teased Chifuyu who is taken aback by her word.

"Hey." Chifuyu stated, annoyed yet embarrassed at the same time. They actually have a great time together drawing and chatting too. After a while, they have completed the drawing, which makes the little girl smiles happily when picking up her drawing. "Wah..." The word escaped from the little girl's mouth, clearly stating how awe she is by her own drawing. "Ah, there you are." May and Chifuyu panned their head in reflex to see Mrs. Ayumi approaches them with canvas in her hand. "Mom, look!" The little girl jumps our from her seat and shows the drawing that she made to her mother. "Wow, that's a beautiful drawing, Hayami." Mrs. Ayumi stated, pats her daughter on the head with smile on her face before turning her attention to the two. "Let's go to the counter, shall we?" May and Chifuyu nods their head and the three of the walks back to the counter.
