"ALEX!! ALEX OPEN UP!!" Shane shouted as he banged his fists against his friend's house, soon receiving an answer as the door opened "BRO! THE FUCK!?" Alex shouted back, popping his head out the nearby window "QUIT IT! PEOPLE WILL THINK I HAVE AN ASYLUM ESCAPEE AS A FRIEND! GET YO ASS INSIDE!" Shade didn't need to be told twice and quickly got in, not waiting for his friend to ask what was going on and immediately cutting to the chase.

"Alex, Angela has been kidnapped!" Alex whipped his head around "SHE HAS WHAT?!"

"I need your help to get her back-"

"COUNT ME IN BRO! LET ME JUST GET MY FLAMETHROWER THEN WE CAN GO BURN DOWN WHATEVER MOTHERFUCKER DID THIS TO THAT SWEET ANGEL!" Shane grabbed him by the arm, stopping him before he did actually grab the flamethrower, a smile present on his face "Alex you have no idea how much this means to me, I'm truly thankful. But that's not what I need your help for" Alex just stared back at him, perplexed.

"Then... what do you need my help for?"

"I need you to hypnotize me"

A long moment of silence followed Shane's sentence, during which Alex retreaved his arm, took in a deep breath and grabbed his friend by the shoulders.

"Dude, have you lost a few cogs in there? Perhaps the fact that your little sis got kidnapped made you finally snap and lose it? Do you need me to call Bianca or the hospital for ya? Perhaps both?" Shane pushed him away.

"No I'm serious! There's this Sebastian guy I told you about I saw in my dreams, and today he wrote me an email telling me to come to 'the place where it all begin'" Alex just raised an eyebrow "And?"

"And, when I came back home, Angela was gone! When I called her emergency phone a dude answered and said he was Sebastian and basically told me the same thing again! That shadow asshole of a thing keeps telling me to remember shit and it can't do it for me, so I figured that with that hypnosis thing we could finally find out something useful!" 

"Have you tried contacting the police yet?" Shane scoffed, starting to pace again "On what ground? Angela hasn't been gone for even a day yet, I have no proof she's been kidnapped aside from the phone call I made, and don't even try to bring my parents into this, they would be overjoyed to hear she's gone. The police would never believe me dude, I'm sixteen..." he stopped "Just sixteen... I am still a kid... I can't do anything yet... I can't even protect the ones I love... I'm so useless" Alex placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Alright dude, I'll help you... but just so you know, if it's something you can't remember by yourself... then your mind is actively trying to suppress it... it might hurt... a lot" 

"I don't give a fuck" he sighed "Yeah, I figured this much, come, let's get you ready" it took them about fifteen minutes but once Alex got everything ready, he sat down Shane in the living room and begun.

"You're still in time to turn back dude, it's not too late"

"Alex just shut up and do it" Alex sighed, pulling up a pocket watch with a chain attached to it, starting to swing it side by side, Shane following it with his eyes.
