In the new Project222 office, Magenta sits at her desk trying to concentrate on her current task. Through the glass walls she can see the rest of the employees working diligently. Gen finally feels settled in her career again... And it's hers. She hasn't felt that way in nearly two years.

A few weeks ago the company had a soft launch. Mainly because the office space wasn't ready to be opened for people to shoot content and they still needed a few more employees. It still went well because it helped her gauge clientele.

Already the emails and calls to work with them have been coming in droves. Whether it's old clients from Ill Minds or Capitol Music Group, people were ready to work with Magenta again.

Even though it's her company, she's not the face of it. Magenta Thomas' name and face will always be associated with the Caprice rape case in the entertainment business. She doesn't want anyone having a reason not to work with them.

People didn't expect her to land on her feet. They tried to push her out and even blackball her, but she's still here.

Magenta pauses the recording of Caprice she took when they met up those months ago. She makes a note of something in her notebook before hitting play again.

Hearing him talk there's a reason he is the way he is. It doesn't excuse his actions nor should it garner empathy. He's a grown man that should be held accountable for what he did.
