Helmeppo x Y/N "Just the way you are"

Y/N POV

Walking around the corridors left to right and right to left panting and exhausted yet I cant give up! why am I walking around desperate for so long? Well....

"Seriously...where did That Idiot Go??"

{Earlier}

"Hey Y/N! Come here for a moment!"

I heard Grampa Garp called and quickly jogged towards him saluting and greeting him good morning

"Is there something you need Grampa?"

"Yes actually i need you to Help me train Helmeppo and Koby today!"

I nodded and agreed since Grampa Garp NEVER accepts a Refusal much like his Grandson Luffy

And as to Why i call him "Grampa"? Well...he just wants me to Call him that since he doesnt have a granddaughter and even the Marine Soldiers found it Obvious that i was his Favorite here..he found me laying unconcious on shore about Twelve years ago and decided to help and take me to Dadan

Thats where i met the Three kiddos Ace, Sabo and Luffy i grew up with the Three and they decided to let me join in back then
Sabo brought another cup and poured Sake saying that I will be their Sworn sister

"Three sworn brothers and One sworn sister"

As the three would like to call it, i was happy that they see me as a part of their family and we have been like that...but not after Sabo's death....Sabo was the closest brother to me so after he died I decided to go with Grampa Garp and train to become a Marine I wanted a distraction from the pain that his death caused me..

Luffy nor Ace were opposed to it though they were a little bitter at first but soon enough they let me go and supported me for my choice

Thats where it lead us here today years later Iam now one of the strongest Marine Commanders on Grampa's Headquarters

"Alright then! Go fetch both of them! Kiddo"

Grampa Ruffled my hair I gave out a chuckle and a sigh as i went to go look for the Two
I went to their shared Room and was about to knock when i saw the Door slightly open

'I know i shouldnt...but...Curiosity killed the cat i guess..'

I took a sneak peek at the door and there was the two having a much rather interesting conversation

"Okay Okay! Calm down just..go ahead and Give it to Y/N-san Helmeppo you know you wont know her answer if you just keep making assumptions right??"

"I KNOW that Koby! Its just....No..No I Cant give it to her i just cant! What if she doesnt like me?! You know How Ugly iam!"

Give me what exactly??....i didnt notice that i said that out loud and both the Pink and Blonde hair noticed my presence to which cause both of them to Stiffen up especially Helmeppo

"Helmeppo?? What is it that you want to give me??"

Helmeppo turned around and aggressively whispered towards Koby

"I thought you closed the Goddamn Door Koby!"

"I-Im pretty sure i did! A-Anyways since she is here now why dont you just man up and give it to her?? You have that thing for Eight months! now"

I asked them once again what they meant by it and Koby pushed Helmeppo towards me gave me a thumbs up and went away to give us Privacy

I focused my gaze on the blushing man as he gulped and shakingly grabbed something from his drawer giving it to me before quickly running away to where Koby was heading

...Whats up with him today?....i shrugged and decided to Open the small little box that was wrapped with my favorite Color and untie the ribbon, slowly opening the Box to which made me go Awe

It was a Beautiful Music Box and when i played it i recognized my favorite Music was playing it

"Oh Helmeppo.....this is so sweet of you"

I mumbled to myself hugging his gift tightly as i walked back to where grampa and Koby was but The blonde doesnt seem to be present

"Koby? Where is Helmeppo? I thought he was with you??"

"N-No...he uhh..actually I did bump into him but he was running so fast that i lost him"

Grampa asked what was going on and we told him about what happened earlier, he laughed and told us to go find him first before training

"You just want more free time gramps"

I mumbled which led Koby to silently chuckle and we both went seperate ways to find the Blonde much faster

Koby who now saw the music box on my hand smiled warmly

"You know Helmeppo really worked hard to save up enough money just so he could make you a Customed made music box Y/N-san"

He did?....How sweet of him, I just dont get it why he was so hard on himself..that Idiot doesnt know how i feel about him too..

{Back to the present}

So here iam now...Looking at every room just to find him but no luck

When i decided to walk back i heard thuds and shufflings around the corner and checked to find exactly who im looking for

Helmeppo with a Blush on his face decided to run away Not this time his not!

"Where do you think your going Mister?"

I quickly went to grab his Hand much to his shock i thought he was gonna Struggle out from my grip but he was surprisingly calm now still a bit shaky tho..

He gulped and sighed before reluctantly looked towards me

"Y-Y/N...I...Look..just say it already...Reject me! Just say that Im ugly!.."

Helmeppo...why would you say that??

Im no match for you..Im not worth it for you, There are so many Handsome and strong guys out there that can be perfect for you like Koby or Smoker!"

No...I dont want Them!...I want you

Finally I quickly cut out his Self-loathing Sentence with a quick yet tender kiss on the lips before smiling and carressing his cheeks filled with now Dry tears

"Oh Helmeppo....You didnt even get to hear my answer yet, please dont make up such impposible assumptions"

Hugging him so tightly so that he wont ever let go and run away again i let him cry out on my shoulders as i rub his back

"Why...W-Why me Y/N?..."

"I love YOU Helmeppo Only You.. Just the way you are"
