Sabo x Y/N "Lost Memories"

Sabo POV

Everything was pitch dark the moment I hear faint voices as if their from afar...

This is strange....and...yet it is also very...familiar

I hear voices....

"Sabo!! Y/N!! Both of you wake up already!!"

I can hear someone crying while nuzzling their head at the edge of the bed soon enough I recognized where the cries came from

"K-Koala??....what's wrong?-"

"What's wrong?? WHATS WRONG?! YOU TWO WERE IN A COMA FOR MONTHS!!"

M-months??...that's impossible I was at the bar that time where I saw ....

Wait.....I saw......

No it can't be him...right??

It's impossible I-

I didn't even notice tears were starting to form on my eyes flowing down to my cheeks

"Sabo what's wrong? Why the sudden tears did you hurt yourself again??"

"Ace ...."

That's right ....I remember now...Ace he..died

And I wasn't even there..

Y/N where are they??

"If your looking for them they are at the other side of the room resting"

Dragon seems to have read my thoughts so I thanked him and went on my way towards the other room where Y/N rests

Y/N....I remembered...I got my memories back!

Could it be that you also got yours back too??

Y/N POV

I can't feel my legs...nor arms not even my fingers

Their all so stiff as if I never moved them for months it felt weird

Waking up in a bed confused I slowly stood up and sit down properly at the edge of the bed still feeling a bit whoozy

"You have been asleep for months you know"

I turned around seeing Ivankov near the door startling me I quickly grabbed my dagger and was about to attack them

"Whoa hey hey! Calm down its just me!"

"Oh...Ivankov..please don't scare me like that next time..I might end up stabbing you" I sighed as they rolled their eyes sighing

"Y/N please don't tire yourself you already have been down for months you don't want it to get worst"

I realized what Ivankov said and asked them to repeat it again and looked at them in disbelief

"Months...I have been knocked out for MONTHS?!?"

Ivan had to cover their ears due to my voice "yes Y/N months you and Sabo were both in a coma after looking at the newspapers of Portgas D. Ace"

Portgas D. Ace ......what??..wait that guy seems oddly familiar..

I swear I have heard of him before..hell I'm even quite sure I met the guy but
when...and where???

Just then I heard another name coming out of Ivankov lips

"Along the death of Edward Newgate A.K.A Whitebeard"

Just then something clicked....

Whitebeard....Whitebeard..Whitebeard

Pops....

Tears started to fall from my cheeks as I realized who Ivankov meant...

It was the man I truly loved dearly with all of heart or at least...what's left of it

Edward Newgate....also known as Whitebeard is ..

Dead??.....

Ivankov asked me what's wrong but I couldn't answer, my head was too jumbled up at the moment that I couldn't even focus

That's it....I remembered now....I was in a tavern or bar??...I was reading a newspaper only to reveal my friend Ace and father Whitebeard died in the war..

I couldn't even say goodbye to neither of them...

Just then we heard a Knock on the door Ivankov opening it to reveal a Panting and exhausted Sabo appeared

"Y/N!! Are you okay ?? Are you hurt anywhere?!?"

Sabo quickly went to my side checking me for injuries I calmd him down and told him I'm physically fine at least

I don't know what exactly happened as to why Sabo and I lost our memories..but ..I can remember mine only a little bit

"I'll leave you two be for a moment call me or Koala if you need anything else" after Ivankov left Sabo quickly hugged my tightly as I chuckled and hugged back

"Y/N....did your ...memories return to you??"

With that sudden question I had no choice but to answer honestly and nodded my head causing Sabo to sighs in relief

"So I'm not the only one who got back theirs...I'm glad"

"You got yours back too Sabo??" I typed my head in confusion he said he will explain to me everything after we both have settled and calmed down

It didn't take long after he explained to me all the informations he got and The way he fainted few months back was when he saw Ace's face in the newspapers

It was exactly the same thing that happened to me when I saw Pops face on the newspaper deceased

I asked him what he remembered and there he told me about their past

About how he, Ace and Luffy became blood Brothers, how they first met and just about everything about their childhood memories

As for me when he asked I just told him that I remembered being in Pops ship ever since I was a newborn found in a small little barrel

Pops took me in and got Marco to raise me

Few years later we recruited Ace in the crew

"So you mean to tell me your actually a Whitebeard pirate?!?" Sabo's eyes were about to pop as I nodded and chuckled

"Yes Sabo a former member"

Yes former even though I never left the crew, Whitebeard pirates have already disbanded

The moment I lost my memory is the time where Teach kicked me off board causing me to drown

Or that's what he thought

I must have hit my head with a Rock which is why I lost my memories

But now I also have it back!

Sabo hugged me tightly whispering closely to my eyes mumbling

"I love you so so much Y/N no matter what happens I'll always been here"

I smiled and hugged Sabo tightly back

"No matter what happens we will always be together side by side"

Sabo smiled and smooched my lips grinning like an idiot

"I know this is both difficult for both of us after Ace and Whitebeard's death....but .."

"We'll get through somehow If Luffy was here he would never give up!"

Sabo laughed and chuckled patting my head

"Yes indeed I fully agree, we will make It through"

I nodded and smiled

"Yes we will.. for Pops" Sabo held out his hand and reached mine

"For Ace.." we both took a deep breath in and out"

"For Luffy and everyone"
